My concern is that if P140 is as good and ground breaking as Tim and Seb say why has Avion not taken phase 3 on immediately and started to make their fortune? Tim and the board are walking a tight rope at the moment and appears to be getting longer and longer with this protracted negotiations. One gust of wind ( big pharmas leaving the talks) and Timand Co are toast yet again. Let's hope Ketan is earning his salary because Tim's not been since he took over as CEO.

Lordloadsoflolly Tim took over as CEO nearly 5 years ago and the share price was around 8.5 at the time and today it sits at 6.5 that shows how poor he has been during this time and how he's not looked after shareholders apart from Avion. We all know Tim exaggerates and tries to be bullish on timelines like a deal by the end of 2025. We also know that the big pharmas will eat him alive and hold out as long as they can to get a cheaper deal. P,us the difficulties around the Avion deal that never delivered but is still in place has made it even more difficult, basically Tim and the Board are struggling if the only comms they can send out is that the shareprice has increased in the last 12 months over 400%. All we can do is hope that there are still big pharmas interested and that they have not left negotiations, the board will never tell us (only tell Avion) all other shareholders will get to find out much later.

OSD I too will see it through to the end as a long term holder my average is still higher than the current price due to my adding shares in the earlier years. My worry is that the extra time the BoD need is weeks and probably moving into months due to what they are wanting a ‘partnership’ where I believe big pharma’s probably want a buyout.

I needed to vent my frustration with Immupharma's lack of comms from their recent conference, I'm sure key shareholders like Avion have had an update why Tim does not like or appreciate all shareholder we will never know. So I thought I would share my worst Tim comment from the 4th May 2022 RNS - Commenting on the announcement, Tim McCarthy, Chief Executive Officer, said:

"We are delighted to be announcing positive progress towards the commencement of the new optimised international Phase 3 trial of Lupuzor™ in lupus patients. Following the positive readout from the PK study, we have been working closely with the team at Avion to move Lupuzor™ as quickly as possible to the start of the Phase 3 trial."

Well it's nearly 4 years on and still nothing and Tim has drawn 4 years salary for the biggest non delivery in their history and no reason why either. If anyone has any thing better please share.

What is really strange is that Avion and Alora have no mention of Immupharma or P140 on their websites. You would think that if they were as excited about it there would be an update. I think Tim and BoD need to come clean about Avion and also update us on the current state of play. There is a lot that they can share without breaking any NDA 's. We unfortunately know that Tim and Co are not that bothered about keeping shareholders informed. Come on Tim tell us you are doing something other than networking in San Francisco for a week. You keep saying you care and listen but your actions don't show it.

Bigsid69 - we will have amuch better deal than that due to the number of shares we have in the company. I also believe the reason for the negotiations taking longer is because there are 3 parties, Immupharma, Avion and the Big Pharma. The big pharma will want the whole world rights and that is why Avion are involved. So fingers crossed for deal announced next week. If we don't then the BoD need to give a honest update of where we are in negotiations and their estimated timeline to complete them.

This was the big deal announced at last years Conference - Johnson & Johnson on Monday announced an agreement to acquire Intra-Cellular Therapies for $132 per share in cash, or a total equity value of approximately $14.6 billion, the day after rumours of a deal first surfaced. Let's all hope that Immupharma announces the big pharma deal on Monday.

Lordloadsoflolly I think Tim's time has now passed it is clear that some shareholders do not trust him and this is why his interviews have had no bounce affect on the share price. When the deal is announced I think Tim also announce his departure as a JV or partnership deal a big pharma would want a new CEO In place and a straight buy out would only include the scientists.

Poor tiny Tim he keeps forgetting what he promises shareholders in his interviews and then tries to wriggle out.

I believe the new website reduces the likelihood of a buyout and could be why a deal is taking longer due to the negotiations around upfront payment and then milestone payments and the bigger final royalty payments. I also believe P140 could be developed further to be like a skeleton key to unlock many autoimmune problems. I believe there are still a couple of pharma's looking at it.

Lanstead have an agreement in place on what they do each month and how many shares they can sell. The current agreement has another 2 months to run so they may well have buyers lined up for those 2 months. It would also be dangerous for them to deviate from their agreement.

If you read up about Ketan Patel I think they have brought him in to help them invest all the money they are go to make from the deals that Tim and the board are negotiating at the moment. This could be the final piece before the big deal.

I hope that we have more than one Pharma interested because Tim and the boards record for doing good deals is very poor, also Tim’s record at Incanthera is not very good. We need a bidding war over P140 to get the best Shareholder deal.

The dividend would be from the up front payment and subsequent payments at different milestones achieved. I just feel that a higher stable share price will help long term shareholders who would be able to sell some of their shares after the dividends are paid.

It would be nice if Tim and the BoD announced now that a special dividend would be paid out to shareholders in Imm the day before the RNS telling everyone about the deal. I think this may stabilise the share price and probably raise it into more reasonable valuation of P140 at this stage.

Thanks Spantrout much appreciated, Tim and the board will have to start cost cutting soon unless Tim has some luck in striking a deal with a big Pharma.

I think if Avion announced a start date this year it may well force big Pharma's to do a deal quicker.

Has anyone worked out what today's shareprice against the Feb placing price which started in May is going to affect how much Imm get from Lanstead?

Tim is very clever when it comes to getting more dilution of shares and delivering poor shareholder value. He will never commit to timelines and will say that phase 3 trial is down to Avion deciding when to start it. Very little is in Tim’s control at the moment. If big pharma’s are doing their due diligence it will always be double or even triple checked because of Tim’s history eg Incanthera and the patent dispute just before its launch. Tim has a massive opportunity at this AGM to prove to shareholders he can be trusted and relied upon, let’s see what he does today.

With gold being so high and with Trump messing about with the world economy which increases the price of gold you would think George and his team would want to deliver gold from underground rather than the old spoils. His large salary and pension obviously helps him sleep well after very poor achievements. It's hard travel to Sweden a couple of times a year being paid for by shareholders.

Pathetic is being generous to George he really needs to deliver shareholder value what he's lost through dilution an non delivery is massive but he's better than Teflon nothing sticks to him so no blame on his shoulders.
