Whilst the building plot is still there , no builders have done any work on the plot since 2018 , imo

Yes, you got the surveyors in , you got the architectes in , you even got Simbec to quote on it in 2023 but nobody still to finance the construction 🫠

What is really progressing is the number of shares in circulation .... Circa 120 000 000 extra shares voted Yesterday

In 2018 , ( the last P3 trial ) there was only 140 million shares in TOTAL ...

IMM didn't need the cash but asked for two years extra cash from Landstead...and going to the trouble of calling a GM just for that purpose.

- If a deal on P140 was imminent, why ask for two years of cashburn and not 1 year ,like last year ? ?

- Landstead can now vote in favour of all resolutions in the AGM in June ( it's going to be interesting to see what comes up )

My view point is this

Dr Zimmer founded and funded the company with his own money , owning more than 18% of the company at the time of the P3 trial ....

- Like most scientists, he had his convictions in the science and put his own money in...

- He could have sold his stake at that time for approx £30 million yet he sold none ....

- He was not involved in the " Promoting " of the company which he left in the hands of his CEO and Chairman .

But the Trial failed....

My Esteem for the man , ( even though i have never met or spoken to him ) is simply because he was straight and genuine ( not motivated by money )

I believe he deserves better treatment and fairness from posters on this board , because of that .

Integrity ... Gets my respect not false and misleading commentary from the arrogant clones who which to Line their own pockets and who Care little about the methods they use for personal gains .
