I am sure that you can safely conclude that when John Cronin, or anyone else within CyanConnode talk about " Omnimesh ", which includes a small " m " rather than a capital " M ", that they are refering to CyanConnode's products only.

And as I referred to yesterday, the overall monetary contibution from the MENA contracts will become clearer over time, when the overall contract potential becomes clearer. With potentially smart lighting and EV charging, being added to the electric, water and gas smart meter potential.

All in my opinion, of course.

Tonyj, to hopefully answer your question from yesterday about Omnimesh. CyanConnode have many different products that are on offer, as we know. Cellular Gateways, Cellular Hubs, other various Omnimesh solutions for electricity, water and gas, Head-End Systems, etc.. All will have a different price-points. And all will require different infrastructure planning and costing.

So it will be difficult to say and to realistically judge/guess what CyanConnode components will be required, under what circumstances, for any given contract, with the limited amount of information that CyanConnode can comfortably give out, via RNS's.

As the MENA contract unfolds, as with all contracts, the monetary contributions will also unfold, with the overall contract potential becoming clearer.

Thank you for your reply and if that what you believe I will not try to change your mind. But I interpret the RNS's differently.

- The 5th April, 2022 RNS refers to " Under the contract, CyanConnode will supply cellular hubs, with a capacity to handle up to 1 million meters." So no specific figure for hubs given, only an " .... up to .... " figure for meters.

- On the 5th August, 2022, the order for " ..... new cellular product which which is to be fitted to existing smart electric meters, worth USD 2.5 million. No numbers of new cellular product given - existing meters - maybe a Retrofit?

- On 31st October, 2023, a clarification that the 2022 order had been successfull " .... where the delivery of cellular hubs to connect up to 1 million Omnimesh modules..... " So no specific numbers of Omnimesh modules given, just an " up to " figure.

Also in the 31st October, 2023 RNS, refers to " Under the LOA, CyanConnode will supply cellular hubs, with a capacity to connect to 1.41 million devices."

This could be an extention to the original 5th April 2022 contract, or it may be a new contract overall. But the use of the word " .... devices ..... " possibly indicates there is something different included.

But personally, I think you have vastly underestimated the value of the MENA contract(s).

Inthetin, can you say where the potential order value of $3.5M - $4M comes from, that you mentioned earlier, as using the top of the range $4M, as a potential order value for 1.41M cellular modules/gateways, gives a price point of circa $2.83 per unit, or £2.30, at todays exchange rate.

Just to get an idea of the size of market CyanConnode are getting into, the overall MENA population totals 493,264,873, at the moment. A number of countries within the MENA region will not be viable, for obvious reasons when you look at the list. But there are still countries and regions that can be developed.

Take your choice as to where the CyanConnode orders have come from.

As per your original question yesterday, at 19:23, John Cronins' closing statement in the RNS also dated yesterday, refers to " .... 1 million Omnimesh cellular communications modules ..... " not " ..... 1 million Omnimesh meters ..... "

In the April 2022 RNS, the RNS refers to " Under the contract, CyanConnode will supply cellular hubs, with a capacity to handle up to 1 million meters."

Under the LOA, received by CyanConnode yesterday, 31st October, 2023, " ..... CyanConnode will supply cellular hubs, with a capacity to connect 1.41 million devices."

The smart meter contract will be organised, I would think, by the Client and through a different Company, under a different contract.

An observation on yesterdays follow-on order from the order received initially during April 2022, also for the MENA region, is it is good to know that after the success of the first order, that CyanConnode's solutions are working well in the hot climates of the MENA regions as well as the colder, mountainous regions of India, to warrant a second order.

It will also be interesting to see over the coming months, any additional information on the monetary aspect of the 12 month contract, In Trading Updates/Broker Notes/Final Accounts, as well as any other news that is available to be released.

To answer your question, chufftobits " ..... is whether CC are supplying cellular hubs and smart meters or just cellular hubs," to my knowledge, CyanConnode do not manufacture smart meters. If that answers your question.

But I am sure that the Client will have that particular avenue covered, whoever the Client is, if required.

But what is relevant to one poster, may not be relevant to a different poster. It is all down to a matter of opinion. In my opinion.

There have been various questions posed over the years, chufftobits, about the information given out by CyanConnode, to which CyanConnode answered during a Q&A presentation a couple of years or so, ago.

There are certain confidentialities and confidences that have to be observed with CyanConnode's clients and Partners. It was explained to us, that CyanConnode have to seek the customers permission with what and how much they are allowed to reveal, at any one time.

Along with the confidentialities that CyanConnode want to keep out of the public arena and away from their competitors, until CyanConnode are ready to fully reveal the details of the various contracts.

So it is something that you either get used to, or you don't.

I agree. It would seem that a significant amount of ground-work has already been completed by CyanConnode, to state that the initial delivery of the first 7000 hubs, will complete by early November 2023, with the full contract expected to be completed over the next 12 month's.

As you have stated, " ..... a much more confident timeline." For both installation and revenue contribution, I might suggest.

No problem chufftobits. I am happy that you read the RNS and my posts so closely and only found one mistake. And multibagger on ADVFN, puts the latest order value for the MENA region at circa $5 million, to add to the discussion.

So we will have to wait and see how close the guesstimate is, when some additional contract information is revealed by CYanConnode, sometime in the future.

It is interesting that CyanConnode use the term " ..... with a capacity to connect to 1.41 million devices ..... ". Not specifically to smart meters?

No problem. On this occasion I decided to contact the Company, but it was CyanConnode that provided the answer, so it is them that you should thank. I did some research of my own, from what you had said initially about Companies House.

The information that I gained from CyanConnode was confirmed on the Companies House website for CyanConnode Limited, confirming that CyanConnode had indeed filed their Report and Accounts Statement, on time and date stamped by Companies House on 29th August, 2023.

If you had checked this you would have noticed it, instead of using the CyanConnode Holdings date of 27th October, 2023, date stamped by Companies House on 19th October, 2023.

I do not contact the Company very often, as there is enough information published for my needs. But on this occasion I thought it was worth while, to clear up any mis-understandings.
