But who the end-customer or customers will be, should CyanConnode be successful is yet to be revealed, as you would expect. But it is an interesting prospect.

" MPWZ serves more than 3 million consumers and CyanConnode has already deployed two orders for this utility. The latest order will increase the total number of Omnimesh modules ordered by MPWZ from 120,000 to 470,000. It is also the first Indian order where the Omnimesh Head-End-Server ( HES ) will communicate with both RF Mesh and Cellular Omnimesh Modules."

Trilliant have been involved with the TNB in Malaysia since 2017. So it was not unexpected for the 2017 Strategic Partnership to be extended, if it needed to be.

From the RNS:-

" Under the purchase order, CyanConnode will supply 100,000 Omnimesh Modules together with advanced metering infrastructure, standards based hardware, services, Omnimesh head-end software, perpetual licence and annual maintenance contract."

Another IntelliSmart order RNS, which uses similar wording, is the May 2023 order for 600,000 Omnimesh Modules, for PVVNL.

There are other examples that can be viewed, but it would seem that CyanConnode are at least one other supplier of HES, to IntelliSmart.

Sorry for the delay, other topics seem to take-over.

There have been various posts Vas, on the Trilliant/IntelliSmart tie-up, since it was first posted on 14th November, 2023. I posted a link, also from BusinessWire dated 13th November 2023, which I think is on similar lines to your links posted on 16th November, 2023.

I also posted some information on the Unity Suite, which is the Head-End-System that Trilliant seem to be providing.

But I notice that the Trilliant/Unity Suite is only advertized as a " Head-End-System " not a " Unified-Head-End-System." Also the reports seem to suggest that the Trilliant/IntelliSmart tie-up is for Cellular implementations only and that Trilliant are only one of IntelliSmarts Software Partners for HES's, as you would expect in a competitive smart grid/smart meter market.

So we will have to see how this pans out. We may find out who the other HES providers are to IntelliSmart, at some stage.

Yes indeed. With Premier Miton increasing their holding in CyanConnode by circa 12m shares and Paul Gough increasing his position by circa 4m shares, plus the CyanConnode Directors contribution, that is over half the circa 25m that I think were allocated for the Placing and Subscription.

So depending on whether or not the new/existing investors breached any of the percentage threasholds, there maybe further updates that are necessary to be made public, as time passes.

But interesting times we are in, Vas. All encouragingly optimistic, for the potential of CyanConnode.

At least it puts to bed some of the speculation that Paul Gough may have continued to sell his CyanConnode share-holding after he had gone below the 3% threshold.

As he seems to have come back-in, at exactly the same level of 2.65% that he left earlier in the year. But this time around, with a higher percentage share-holding than before, of 3.83%.

Encouraging news, I feel.

The report mentions that that the tie-up between IntelliSmart and Trilliant is for Trilliant's Head-End-System for Cellular implementation and that is available for large scale contracts going forward in India. The report also mentions that Trilliant are one of IntelliSmart's Partners for Trilliant's HES for Cellular implementations. As you would expect.

All Companies are in competition with different Companies.

The report also mentions Trilliant's Unity Suite, which seems to be the HES being provided.

I continue to get a feeling of realistic optimism, Vas. And as far as having any views on revenue differences between contracts are concerned, you would need the CyanConnode full price list to determin that one and you would also need to know the terrain/number of Gateways/location/rural or urban/etc., to get an accurate figure.

This position may or may not, help you. Sorry I cannot be of more help.
