Genus have been active in Rajasthan for some time, with ongoing smart meter projects for AVVNL, JdVVNL and JVVNL, with Genus also closely associated with Gemstar Infra and GIC.

So it will be interesting to see how this particular smart meter project unfolds. Eventually. And its also encouraging to know, that there are smart meter projects that are beginning to be Awarded, after a some-what lean spell, on project news.

The CyanConnode India post on x.com, yesterday, which I mentioned was a potential update on the MonteCarlo/MSEDCL/Nagpur smart meter project, in Maharashtra, the total orders of which originally covered approximately 1.4m Omnimesh modules.

So with the aspiration to install another 500,000 Omnimesh enabled smart meters, during 2026/2027 ( to achieve the targeted 1m milestone by the end of FY 2026/2027 ), that could potentially add approximately 41k+ smart meter installations per month, to the MSEDCL/Nagpur project, in Maharashtra.

We wish them well, with their target.

As yet, as we understand it, Esyasoft have only made a " Possible Offer " on February 3rd, 2026 and a " Revised Proposal " on March 3rd, 2026. I haven't put the values in, because in my opinion, they are not worthy of consideration. If the Board of CyanConnode want to put this particular " Offer " or " Proposal " to share-holders, as I believe it should be and believe it will be, if required, without any legal challenges, I would vote " Against " acceptance.

But I ask myself, if Esyasoft believe the CyanConnode Board in particular and enough CyanConnode share-holders in general, would vote through this " Offer ", as it stands, why have Esyasoft not firmed up on the " Offer ", over all these month's.

Or have CyanConnode positioned enough CyanConnode friendly tanks, on CyanConnode's lawn - as the saying goes. Time will tell.

Now, if Esyasoft want to start a proposal to buy say, a 49% stake in CyanConnode India, which we understand CyanConnode were considering with IntelliSmart, I would consider that - at the right price. Or any other potential Partner, if the opportunity presented itself.

But we will have to wait and see what is being negotiated, what are the terms and what is the price. I do not expect a running commentary on negotiations. This is a very frustrating time, especially for all share-holders and John Cronin especially, may be restricted in what he can reveal to share-holders, about ongoing discussions.

Tactics and Negotiations. Remember, John Cronin has done this before.

But all in my opinion, as I am sure you know.

Thank you for the update on Tamil Nadu, it was appreciated.

On reading the news report. it states in connection with the AMISP nominations:- " PFCCL has been nominated as Project Implementation Agency, by State discom Tamil Nadu Power Distribution Corporation Ltd.

" The bidding is restricted to eight entities that PFCCL has already empanelled under " Group 2 ", in March 2025. This group refers to entities ( potential AMISP's ) that can handle a project between 2 lakh and 10 lakh smart meters."

CyanConnode/DigiSmart did not get the full AMISP accreditation until May and June 2024, with the first order for the Goa Project, coming during April 2025.

So I would like to think that there will be other opportunities for CyanConnode in Tamil Nadu, as an OEM, with the Partners that CyanConnode has cultivated over the years.

As I recall, I did not " cherry pick " the questions. They were laid out within a post at 23:43 on 16th June, 2026. These points were also included in a paragraph from the Trading Update report, for FY2026, which was also quoted on 16th June, 2026, at 23:43.

As I commented a couple of days ago, we may have to wait for the Annual Report for FY2026, to get any further details, on any progress.

My opinion hasn't changed.

The Trading Update from April 24th, 2026, mentioned yesterday evening, gives a brief insight as to some of the ongoing projects/prospects, that CyanConnode are undertaking, at the moment.

The " ...... several long-term prospective projects ....... " mentioned in the report, concerning " .... the APAC region and the Middle East ...... " are probably just that - there are several of them, they are long-term and they are prospective. So dependant on, at what stage CyanConnode are with the discussions/negotiations with the Client(s), would depend on what information CyanConnode can release.

The AMISP and subcontractor negotiations in India, as we know, can also take time, so we may have to wait for the Annual Report for FY2026, to get further details on any progress.

All in my opinion, of course.
