Good morning tonyj and all,
Your post at 09:19 this morning is different, if you do not mind me saying so.
The reasons you list for not attending the AGM's, were not the ones that you gave at the time. Boredom was never an issue, in fact you seemed to enjoy the meetings, meeting different people and discussing various topics, from what I can remember.
There seems to be a fixation by some, on what I would like as a share-price figure, in connection to the offer. So lets try and explain my position, as much as I am prepared to, as I do not discuss my share-holding on the bb, as you know. That is a private matter. Although I do remember that you decided to reveal your share-holding some time ago, for some reason.
If share-holders received an offer of 100p per share, as you suggested, I would not look on that as " compensation ", as you suggested. I would look on that as a fair price for the CyanConnode Group as it is, at this moment in time. Lower than the 200p/500p range you have mentioned recently, but everyone is allowed to dream.
But I believe that the CyanConnode Group can achieve a higher share valuation than the 100p you suggest, in time, if it is allowed to develop fully as it is, in India and also globally. Which means getting the right funding.
The Esyasoft offer, as I have said repeatedly, was in my opinion, opportunistic, at a time when CyanConnode had informed share-holders of an Investor Meet Presentation, to be held during Q4 FY 2026, which seems now to have been put on hold. Also there was/is the proposed sale of IntelliSmart by EESL and NIIF, who CyanConnode were in ongoing talks with, about investment into CyanConnode India, that seems to have been put on hold.
So we wait for the next move.
LTI.
