If you re-read my post at 17:23 yesterday, you will find I did not indicate that Annual/Interim reports started in 2015, as your 17:36 post implies. I indicated I believed that CyanConnode Trading Updates started in 2015, which was the topic I was refering too.

Sorry, I should have been more specific.

Trading Updates, I believe started during July 2015, on a six monthly basis. Including January 2016, July 2016, January 2017 and July 2017.

But recently we have had a Trading Statement, during January 2018. Trading Update, during April 2018. Trading Update during July 2018. A " Background and reasons for Placing," ( Which incidentally, was more than one sentence,) during October 2018. And a Trading Update, during January 2019.

It is also my understanding, that CyanConnode are not required to issue a Trading Update, as an obligation. I understand it was introduced initially, for share-holders, as an aid to show how the Company was trading inbetween the Annual and Interim Results.

Over recent years, this has usually been on a quarterly basis.

Cautious optimism sounds about right, with what we know. Taking into account local ( Indian ) elections and possibly other ( global ) revenue producing accounts. And what we don't know, namely what potential the new Hybrid RF Smart Mesh and Cellular order, will have. But we may have some more information on that, later on in the year. Along with the BI contract.

It could open up a potential new market for CyanConnode, both India focused and globally. Even though CyanConnode have been promoting the solution, for a couple of years now.

But it seems they now have the opportunity to develope this particular market.

My thoughts are along similar lines to you, with what we know. So I won't repeat them. But it is what we do not know, that could prove interesting, for 2019.

On the Friday share price drop, from memory there was roughly a 10% drop upto early afternoon, resulting in an overall drop of just over 6%, at the end of the session. The difference between the Buys and the Sells, from memory, was approximately 13,000 shares.

The monitary value of the difference between the shares bought and sold, was approximately GBP900. So a 6%+ drop, on GBP900 worth of shares, seems a bit dis-proportionate to me.

Could have been something to do with being the last day of the tax year for trading, who knows?

An interesting CAGR assessment. Thank you for your opinion.

Not for the first time, you have tried to elevate me to a position I have not sought, or believe I have. I just have an opinion that is different from yours and a few others, on here.

But they are allowed to state their opinion, backed up by expletives they have difficulty in spelling, which is fine, as far as you are concerned.

But it is my opinion. And it is my investment. Albeit, it has taken longer that we all thought, I am sure.

And just to be clear, so there is no misunderstanding, I am not your pal. Not for a few years.

I see things differently, to you and some of the others on hear, that is true. Some take great pleasure, in rubbishing the Company, its directors, its products, just for the fun of it. And aiming personal attacks on other share-holders and posters, or anyone who does not agree with them. That is the way it is.

Where is " .... the sense of decency .... " in that? Who should really be " .... ashamed .... ?"

I am afraid that is the modern way of share ownership and bulletin-boards.

If you and others wish to live your lives like that, I cannot stop you.

I agree, the CyanConnode name, is now well known in India. The European Utility Week, in Paris, during November 2019, ( Last year Vienna ) seems to be becoming more prominent. The Nordic regions are more active with RF, but some other European countries, from what I can remember, seem to favour PLC?

And the events recently, since the beginning of the year, in Tokyo, Riyadh and Taipei, do seem to suggest, as I think you have eluded to, that CyanConnode are trying to explore new and potential markets.

That is true, January 2015, was when Cyan ( At the time ) received the order for CESC Mysore. So pre-aquisition of Connode and pre IPv6 projects. We did a project for Genus Power, during July 2017, in Gujarat, for $1.1m, which was I believe the first IPv6 smart meter project for CyanConnode.

Which has then moved on to the order received in September 2018, for $11.6m + $2.9m support contract, for the Omnimesh IPv6 solution. So there is a progression towards larger, IPv6 contracts, going forward.

Mysore has served its purpose. It acted as a guide to what CyanConnode and Partners can achieve. And it has been a showcase, for the Company, since it was completed.

But IPv6 projects are the future. Mysore, is a successful past project.

Just my opinion and the way I view it.

CyanConnodehave recently, as we are all aware, received an order for a Hybrid RF Smart Mesh and Cellular communications solution, for a new Partner and a new Utility end-user customer, with revenue estimated to be during 2019. So installation due around Sept/Oct 2019 at the latest, if all goes to schedule.

This is not an order, in my opinion, that has a great ammount of R&D to be carried out after the order has been placed.. This seems to be a specialized solution, to overcome a particular problem, that is or has already been developed, for this particular order, for these specific Clients, in India.

So CB, you can " ..... forget the tech ..... " if you want, but I think the CyanConnode tech, is becoming/is very important, especially to the Indian market.

And your comment about, " When that changes, I will let you know," I think we will all know that about the same time. Share-holders and other interested parties, alike.

Still, it is good to see the " new " products, that have/are being developed, coming to market and that R&D is still playing a part in CyanConnodes development.

" CyanConnode is participating in large scale smart metering programs and it anticipates increasing deployment of its technology, to meet the Indian government's plans to replace all existing meters, with smart pre-paid meters, during the next few years."

If you want to do a true comparison, you would need to compare the orders received and under implementation - not counting Iran, Bangladesh and Ukraine - but before Cyan purchased Connode and those received after the purchase of Connode and classed as being IPv6 standard.

CyLec was the for-runner to the present Omnimesh solution. CyLec was not IPv6. Omnimesh is IPv6. A different product with different benefits.

And a different, changing market, for the Company.

Just to confirm, the Omnimesh solution is not the new CyLec. CyLec was not IPv6 standard. Omnimesh is. But you could probably say, if you wanted to compare, that the Optimal solution is maybe more of a comparison to CyLec. I understand that the Optimal solution can be used in countries, that have different requirements and is a much lower cost solution and better suited to some regions.

Incidentally, that was information I picked up, asking questions at one of the meetings, I have attended.
