I agree. There were good presentations and good contributions from all the Company representatives. Although Anils information was separate from the main presentation, so may not be included in the main CyanConnode presentation.

But much of the additional information, is confirmed within the Genus Power Conference call I posted earlier in the year and the PowerLine document, posted earlier in the year by someone else. But they both give similar information on the number of meters installed in India, overall, to date. ( Or when they were published.)

Pages 8,9 and 10, from the Genus Report, begins to tell the installation facts.

Morning all,

There was a 200k difference in the Trading Update figure that was reported in January 2019.

Under some different/more stringent, revenue recognition criteria, that all tech companies are asked to adhere to, the 200k reduction from the 2018 calender years figures, is in relation to a defferred software license recognition, which will now be recognised and included within the 2019 calender year figures.

A very enjoyable day/evening yesterday, at the presentation in London, with John Cronin, Heather Peacock, Anil Daulani and Bjorn Lindblom, doing the main presenting for the event.

John Cronin, gave a general over-view. Heather Peacock contributed with the financial side. With Anil Daulani contributing on India and Bjorn Lindblom, on the Rest of the World.

David Johns-Powell was there and Chris Jones, who joined from Arm Limited, was also there.

A very informative evening, with, I believe, the actual presentation information being available on the CyanConnode website, at sometime, for all to view.

When Anil was asked by a share-holder, " What was your biggest challenge in India, for 2019," he replied, " The elections. It has taken 4 month's out of my year."

But when the elections are over, towards the end of May, 2019 and out of the way, then the indication is that the situation should change.

Allan Baig was there, who joined CyanConnode from Landis&Gyr. A very interesting man with a lot of experince and knowledge.

A few share-holders attended who I had not seen for a while, which is always good to see and to know that they are still invested. Did not get chance to speak in any great length to some of them, but non-the-less, it was good to see them.

But it was well worth the trip.

There was a situation discussed at an AGM/EGM, last year I seem to remember, concerning Bangladesh I think, where the client wanted to take delivery of the solution, but did not want to pay at the time or wanted different payment terms to the ones negotiated. Something along those lines.

But their request was denied.

But as has been stated in the CyanConnode Annual Report, for the Ukraine contract and possibly Bangladesh and Iran also, it is anticipated that they will all move onto the Omnimesh solution. If and when the contracts progress.

It seems reasonable to move all the outstanding contracts, over to the more up-to-date, IPv6 Omnimesh.

Whether the contracts in Iran and Ukraine " .... are all dead now ..... " as you suggest, I think it is too soon to call. Political situations change in countries. It is very difficult to predict.

Even in the UK.

Question to Heather Peacock, during the BRR Media Presentation:-

" Do you intend on coming back to the market, for further funds."

Heather Peacock's reply:-

" In short, no. As we stated in recent announcements, we believe that we have got sufficient funds for the remainder of this year, to execute our business plan and to reach breakeven, cash-flow breakeven, by 2020. Nevertheless, with the breakeven point sometime away and continued uncertainty around the timing of customer receipts, it is prudent that we continue to explore options for financing working capital requirements."

So possibly cautiously optimistic.

A positive statement I feel, with as Imperiallondon has noted, the monthly expences are down to GBP480k per month - down from a previous estimate of GBP560k per month, I believe.

Some information about the finances and any immediate need for a cash requirement, has been clarified.

The geo-political situation has also been clarified, with some clarity in India, that the contract negotiations are still progressing, although the Indian elections are taking place, until about 22/23 May, 2019.

Also an alternative way forward, concerning Iran, by way of China, that may be progressed/possible.

All in all, a fairly positive statement on what has been achieved and what may follow.

As I see it, as far as L&G are concerned, CyanConnode have 182,400,000 shares in issue. L&G hold below the 3% threshold, which is less than 5,472,000.

So not a major share-holder anymore, in CyanConnode.

Legal & General have a portfolio of investments, including real estate/property, pensions, leisure, transport infrastructure, etc..

They have been an investor in Cyan(Connode) for sometime, although it is unclear there actual position at the moment. Just that they are below 3%. So from now-on, will probably be below the radar for significant share-holder purposes.

But as investors, we all have the choice to move our money, where it suits us best.

If Brexit is the reason, then that would account for the late decision to delay the report. As I believe it was only decided yesterday, officially, to engage in the European elections.

As I said yesterday, we will find out eventually. But if that does turn out to be the reason, then the response has been swift.

CyanConnode have re-stated about the revenues for 2018 and re-confirmed about the first 3 months of trading, " ..... being in line with market expectations."

So it will be interesting to see out how the market reacts in tomorrows early trading and up to mid-day.

And it will also be interesting to find out eventually, what the " ...... additional work required on new accounting standards " were, and what implications they have had on the report.

A strange one too call, as it came so late in the day.
