I believe you will find a reference to Paul, in the 10th June, 2019, AGM statement.

" As announced in March 2019, Paul Ratcliff will step down from the board of CyanConnode immediately following the AGM. I would like to thank him for his contribution and support, during his tenure at the Company."

I was half expecting him to be at the AGM, but unfortunately, he was not there.

For what its worth, I, like you I suspect, think that CyanConnode would have informed share-holders by now, if we were involved in the GridStream meter or involved in any way, within the solution. The GridStream has been around, as I have mentioned before, for many years.

We have been told that Landis&Gyr are Partners of CyanConnode in some regions and competitors in other regions. That is the nature of the business.

But thank you for the report anyway.

The projected revenue figure difference, for H1 2018 ( £1.6m ) as compared with H1 2019 ( £1.0m ) is I think, approximately 37% lower. I would have liked the H1 2019 revenue figure to be more. But that is what we, as share-holders want. We always want more.

But having worked in a manufacturing environment and experiencing the slow-down of investment and orders, prior to various elections, it is not unheard of to have a reduction in revenue over a pre-election period.

In all industries.

The Indian elections have more than likely slowed down the progress of existing contracts and the tender activation and approval of others.

Q3/Q4 2019, is when we hope to look forward to some further growth, for the Company.

Sorry for the delay. Had a busy day today. But you found the figure of £7m, projected for the full year 2019. Should be an interesting run up towards the end of the year, with hopefully, some interesting developments to come, during Q3/Q4 2019.

I believe the Company has already commented, that the majority of the revenue should be generated towards the second half of 2019. So we will have to wait see.

This development in India, does seem to be getting quite a lot of coverage over the last few month's. It will be interesting to see who benefits from the intended smart meter/meter project roll-out, going forward.

I do not believe that any one person, on this or any other bb, can " .... scare SP down ...... " Just like I do not believe any one person can bolster the share price up.

The share price has been fairly stable for about a week now, since July 8th, with a 5.6% reduction today. After a 19% rise from last Monday, from 5.25p to 6.25p, over the week.

On no news.

Whether the fall is attributed to the no news part, or whether it is due to other political announcements today, I/we do not know.

Nothing personnal intended by me. Just passing on a few thoughts. And I know some 30 somethings who would more than likely think that 54 was " ....... clearly old in age, and mind." So it is just a matter of opinion.

Your " guestimate " figure, I will leave up to you. It will be, what it will be. There should not be too long to wait now.

Thank you for the clarification. And thank you for recognizing that I look for the possibilities and do not go in for the predictions. I will leave that up to you and others. As we discussed recently, you have made a few predictions yourself, so far this year, that have not materialized.

It's better I feel, looking for possibilities, rather than being long on rhetoric and short on substance. But I realize that everyone is different.

I do not recall the statement you are referring to, CB. Can you indicate exactly when that was made public? The statement being that " ...... JC has stated break even by Year End?"

A welcome follow-on order from a Nordic utility, this morning ( Euro 489,000 - £438,144 ) with the revenue split 50/50 between 2019 and 2020.

A revenue contribution to 2019, with an early start to the 2020 revenue figure.

The initial order for 500,000 pre-paid licences, received before the aquisition of Connode, hopefully will start being deployed during 2019. But exactly when we do not know.

The " Service Enhancement " contract, is possibly something to do with that, concerning or connected to, the activation process.

As the original value of the licences was recognised as £0.5m, paid before the aquisition of Connode and the Service Enhancement comes in at £213,000, to be recognised this year, this may signify the activation of some, or all, of the 500,000 original licences.

CB/JJess, maybe this " Service Enhancement " contract, for Toshiba, is similar to the Support and Maintenance contract agreed during September 2018, as additional to the main contract, with the Tier 1 Metering Partner and the State-Owned Indian Utility.

Whatever it is, it is additional revenue.

Let's not also forget, that every company involved with the Indian Smart Meter Programme specifically, whether they be global or local contractors, will/should be gearing up/planning for this programme. They will all have to plan and they will all have to invest, for this programme. And others.

So I am glad that CyanConnode seem to be planning for a positive outcome.

And I think we all know what the outcry would be, if CyanConnode had not planned and invested and the Indian smart meter market had expanded and CyanConnode had not been ready. Don't we?
