.......... audio presentation Rkk1, that tonyj kindly posted, also gives some information on the current Chinese Licensing Agreement, the controls that CyanConnode have, in respect of the IP, in the implementation of the Agreement and also gives an indication of how Beijing Instruments wish to use the Licensing Agreement going forward.

So there may be other Chinese and global Companies that wish to explore this licensing business model, going forward.

At least that is the way I read it.

But a lot better revenue projection, of GBP4.7m, for full year 2018, with reducing running costs down to GBP560k per month, from January 2019. As set against revenue of GBP1.7m for full year 2017, with running costs of over GBP900k per month.

So it depends on how you look at things.

You are welcome. Just pointing out what I think, were a couple of relevant points.

Also the video showing the manufacture of components by Syrma Technology, probably in Chennai, I think shows share-holders for the first time, evidence of the solutions actually being manufactured.

I think someone asked recently, did anyone know who the CyanConnode solution manufacturer was. Now we know. At least one of them, anyway.

And also the fact that Syrma Technology has connections to USA/California, may provide other opportunities in the future. Who knows.

From the Licensing Agreement Newsletter:-

The hardware manufacturing license gives Beijing Instruments the right to manufacture a specific, limited number of RF Modules and Gateways. A royalty will be paid per unit of hardware manufactured and the agreement relating to royalties equates to approximately $4m, over a 2 year period.". When the specified number of RF Modules and Gateways have been manufactured, it is the parties intention to enter into a further royalty agreement."

So not an open ended agreement.

And there seems to be also an additional layer of security, for both parties, in the form of a " ..... unique asymetric key ...... " which I believe Bull.Bear possibly elluded to, over the weekend.
