If CyanConnode are at the contractural negotiation stages, then that would be a very significant postition, I feel. And also not forgetting, that CyanConnode have aligned themselves with Partners that CyanConnode have previously negotiated smart meter contracts with, some over a number of years.

But I understand where you are coming from.

And the Trading Update is the first hurdle to overcome, as we know.

I would suggest that you are correct. I suggested on Monday that certain projects could be progressing outside the Empanalment Process, when I mentioned the project in Assam initially and also the projects for UPPCL and BSES.

Sorry for the delay in responding, I was busy myself during yesterday evening. Thank you for your response and it is good to know that the RFE document was/is relevant.

There are various dates on the front page of the RFE document, with the 30th April, 2022, being the deadline for submission for Phase 1 of Applications, which has been reached and passed.

The document I re-posted yesterday at 14:56, the Indian Smart Meter Market Landscape and Opportunities, which we were notified of during early May 2022, I believe, contains further information, but no dates for this section.

- Step 1 - Formation of Partnerships for Empanelment Application.
- Step 2 - Submission of Empanelment Application.
- Step 3 - Demonstration of End-to-End AMI Prepaid solution.

As we are now into July, I am taking it that step's 1 & 2 could be complete, at least for CyanConnode and Partners, who have been successfully delivering smart meter projects, pre-empanelment. Hopefully.

Step 3 is the demonstration of the end-to-end AMI prepaid solution of at least 100 meters. Details can be found on Page 17 of the Landscape and Opportunities document.

So this is where I am hoping we are now. At Step 3. At the end of Step 3, the Empanelment certificates are awarded for the successful demonstration, for the companies that were involved.

I understand the 180 day deadline for the Application Validity and realise that it cannot be open-ended.

Income will always be a concern, until this stage of the roll-out is confirmed. At the moment CyanConnode are reliant on the existing contract revenues, as we know, which we are waiting for confirmation on.

Which brings us back to the Trading Update.

So the " ..... tail-end of the approval process " is partly based on an assumption. I have no problem with that, just needed some clarification. I didn't know if you had picked up on some information that I had missed.

Although if this process is ongoing, as we seem to agree it is and companies being allowed to enter the process that say, didn't get through first time and have re-applied, or companies that have a new technology to be assessed, there will always be some companies at the first review.

In my opinion, of course.

....... during March, 2022 and I was under the impression that the Empanelment Process was " ongoing." So the " ...... tail-end of the approval process " is something that is new to me, jake. Are you aware of an end-date or completion date for Empanelment?

It is very difficult to judge the " bottom" of any dip when buying shares. As long as you are comfortable with your overall average and believe you are going to make a reasonable profit, then that is fine.

" Good morning all :) Disappointing share price movement on the back of excellent news yesterday. I have contacted the Company as to the " delay " in the anticipated release of the Trading Update which was trailed in the Hardman report. Apparently there are two sets of Audits to be completed, one for India and one of the overall group in the UK and the Company is awaiting to hear from RSM Auditors before a TU can be released. A sea of red across a number of AIM stocks and yesterday's barbaric attack on a shopping mall ratchets up the war. Good luck all !

There is some additional information tonyj, on the total number of modules installed per state, over the years and when the installations took place, including some Partner information

The orderbook stood at 1.4 million in May 2022, which I would think has now increased to 1.6 million, with the recent 200,000 Assam order to CyanConnode. With 960k installed, covering 9 states.

There is also some information on the " Omnimesh Architecture & Features," which may be of interest to some.

As far as specific numbers are concerned, I do not have the accumulative customer base to hand, for the Indian states, that CyanConnode and Partners are at the moment deploying in.

But by landmass of Indian states, I would suggest that the area concerned for CyanConnode and Partners for smart meter penetration is approximately 50%, at the moment. That does not translate into 50% of the total population. That may be more, it may be less.

You can only take the actual customer figure numbers, when we are eventually informed of the Omnimesh module numbers, at the appropriate time.

Good afternoon all,

We are told in today's RNS, that was not covered in the May 10th, 2022 original IntelliSmart order RNS, that CyanConnode had received a Letter of Intent ( LoI ) from IntelliSmart, for 500,000 Omnimesh Modules, during April 2022.

The original IntelliSmart order from the Assam Power Distribution Company Limited ( APDCL ) was we understand for 600,000 smart meters.

So it looks as though there is still 200,000 Smart Meters/Omnimesh modules still required in connection to the 500,000 LoI provided to CyanConnode by IntelliSmart.

With a further 100,000 smart meters still outstanding from the original order to IntelliSmart, from the APDCL, to be allocated.
