In reply to your post this morning, Inthetin, at 08:59, I am encouraged that John and Heather are doing the presentation, as well as the AGM and that all share-holders have been duly informed about the event.

Just a personal point of view.

........... Debtors and working capital.

- £7m debtors showing on the balance sheet. This is gross number excluding what has been received via invoice discounting. Invoice discounting is ~£1m meaning net debtors at year end were ~£6m.

- £3.7 million cash received from customers since year end majority of which relates to FY22 debtors, much of which is milestone based.
- Improved payment terms with customers for current orders.
- Improved costing of components and supply chain.
- Additional manufacturing capaity.

As we understand it, there has been a significant reduction in the cost of Silicon based products that CyanConnode can order, that are required in the manufacture of some CyanConnode components, to service the potential orders.

There is also some additional manufacturing capacity that has been negotiated for CyanConnode's solutions, with at least one of CyanConnodes meter manufacturing Partners, which is also an interesting development.

If you take a look at the Customer and Partner page, Capital Meters has been added recently to the list. Along with a few others.

John mentioned Capital Meters during the AGM presentation and that Cyan, as it was at the time, were originally Partnered with Capital and that CyanConnode are back collaborating with them again.

Capital Innotech now supply/manufacture not only Electric Meters but Gas and Water Meters also. The Gas Meter right-up reads:-

" Capital is one of the first companies to set up a Gas meter manufacturing plant to cater for the growing market of Gas meters in India, with complete range of Domestic and Industrial Gas meters. Its range include G1.6 to G25 Gas meters with optional series of smart meters based on ( RF/GPRS/LoRaWAN ) the latest technologies.)

So even when some Companies are not involved with CyanConnode for a number of years, after being involved with CyanConnnode originally, it does not mean that the two companies cannot find a common ground again, for future collaborations.

An impressive range of End Customers, Partners and Meter OEMs that CyanConnode has managed to get together over the years, for a Company of its size. A Company development that is often overlooked.

Some will understandably and inevitably drop out, but others have taken their place.

Good morning all,

There could be reasoning within the market and share-holders in general, that as far as CyanConnode is concerned, there will not be any further order announcements until after the October 4th, 2022, Investor Forum, which may be reflecting in the share-price weakness we have seen recently.

But as orders can arrive at any time, we will have to wait and see, as far as that is concerned.

But the political uncertainties, both local and global, I might suggest are not helping the " Investor experience " at the moment.

We understand that Corporate/City presentations are taking place with CyanConnode on the run-up to the October/Hardman Investor Forum, on October 4th, 2022, which I am sure we hope will turn out to be both encouraging and beneficial for CyanConnode and share-holders, alike.

Yes indeed. It was/is interesting to read about the forum on October 4th, 2022, in connection with Hardman & Co, which has progressed " ..... from the LSE's Green Economy Mark Report, 2022 ...... " and will " ...... include presentations from Blackbird plc, CyanConnode Holdings and Gore Street Energy Storage Fund."

So it will be interesting to see how the presentation progresses for CyanConnode and if there is any encouraging news, between now and then.

So as you and I both agree, patience has played a big part in any CyanConnode investment.
