They certainly are. And that makes " ...... the five leading meter manufacturers in India " are aligned with CyanConnode. According to the 2021/2022 Final Results Report.

And also from the 2021/2022 Final Results Report " Omnimesh integration underway with a further nine meter models."
So, an encouraging position that CyanConnode seems to have developed and negotiated itself into, over the years.

Good morning tonyj,

The important thing for me, is that CyanConnode have a 1 million Omnimesh order, from Genus Power, for Bihar. This order may influence other utilities/states to follow suit, but we will have to wait and see what unfolds in the month's to come.

But to me, it is a definite statement of intent and confidence in CyanConnode's Omnimesh solutions and the Partnerships that CyanConnode has forged over the years, in this case, Genus Power.

Long may it continue.

Operational Review - Europe:-

- The UK Government requires UK energy suppliers to roll-out approximately 53 million smart meters to their customers before the end of 2025. To date, 21.7 million smart meters have been installed and connected to the digital highway operated by the Data Communications Company ( DCC ). CyanConnode has a contract to provide software licences and support for its Radio Frequency ( RF ) Smart Mesh Networks, which will be deployed in areas where there is an unreliable or weak cellular signal and it believes that the deployment of its technology will gain momentum during the latter stages of the rollout.

This reference to the UK Smart Meter Rollout, has been issued before and we look forward to some installation news towards " ...... the latter stages of the rollout."

- Integration with two further meter manufacturers ( Avon Meters and Linkwell ) were recommenced, which will result in Omnimesh modules being compatible with the five leading meter manufacturers in India.

- Cyber security certification completed on CyanConnode Head End System ( HES ) ( CERT-IN certified )

Post Year End Highlights - that we probably didn't know:-

- £2.6m million cash received from customers.

- Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme ( RDSS ) approved by the Government of India to help Distribution Companies ( DISCOMS ) to improve their operational efficiency.

- Follopwing an initial delay in the empanelment process, DISCOMS approved to release tenders under the RDSS Scheme in August 2022.

- Increase in profit, to £5.0m.

- Decrease in operating loss, to £1.0m.

- Adjusted EBITDA profit of £0.1m in 2022, compared with a loss of £1.9m in 2021.

- Increase in cash from £1.5 m in 2021 to £2.4m in 2022.

Good afternoon all,

The order RNS dated 18th September, 2018, for $11.6 million for a project India and the additional order RNS dated 24th September, 2018, for $2.9 million, for a Support and Maintenance contract, both turned out to be for JVVNL.

The Support & Maintenance contract, for JVVNL, on this occassion, works out at approximately 25% of the contract value over a 5 year period. The Support & Maintenance contract for the order today, is for an 8 year contract. These Support contracts may vary in value, in comparison to the main contract and also of the length of time of the S&M contract.

But it is encouraging that CyanConnode are trusted to take on a reasonably lengthy S&M contract, such as this one.

Finished up approximately 23% today, on the days's trading.

The CyanConnode business model, especially in India, has been proven for a couple of years now. In my opinion. But it needed the involvement of IntelliSmart and the NIIF and the ongoing Empanelment Process, to unlock the tender situation and complete the process.

But I am sure we can look forward to other successful days, in the future.

But this will do for the time being.

It has taken many years, for CyanConnode to reach 1 million installed modules in India and today, CyanConnode has the potential to double that figure, with one order, over the next couple of years, or so.

An interesting development.

No doubt the finite details of the contract, concerning value and anything else that is related that is deemed to be sensitive at this particular time, will be revealed in due course.
