I imagine that your 30p figure forms the concensus of opinions of many investors, taking into account that we have already had a run-up to 29p and have since received further orders, the share-price does seem somewhat pedestrian.

From the report:-

"The five million smart meter milestone was passed in India on the last day of September, according to the National Smart Grid Mission ststistics.

" Of these just over 1.2 million are smart prepaid meters. The majority of the meters, over 3.7 million are in the hands of utilities, both public and private, with the balance having been implemented under various government pilot schemes.

" The majority also, 3 million, have been installed by Energy Efficiency Services Ltd, a government joint venture esco with responsibility to deliver energy efficiency initiatives, including the national smart metering programme."

Also at the end of the report:-

" The statistics record the number of smart meters sanctioned as 10.7 million, indicating 5.7 million to install, with 372,000 in stock.

" Energy Efficiency Services Ltd has reported completing the procurement process of 15 million smart meters."

The electric smart meter programme in India, seem to be taking shape.

.... by John Cronin, at above market price, that to me, shows confidence in the CyanConnode.

You might also look on this/these as nominal amounts. But maybe it is a wake-up signal to the market and forecasters in general, to look a bit more closely at CyanConnode and to understand the real market potential of the Company.

I am sure that John and Heather could have set aside more of their salary, to purchase more shares at this low price, if they had wanted to.

The Hardman Investor Forum included a presentation by CyanConnode, which included the information, for the greater part, already presented at the AGM during September and probably to Corporate and Potential Investors during the interim period.

For those that were at the AGM meeting during September 2022, there was not much new within the Hardman Investor Forum. For those that have already seen the PDF from the AGM, there was not much new within the Hardman Investor Forum.

But anything " new " would need to be reported via RNS anyway.

But, I feel that this presentation was for anyone that could be interested in CyanConnode and potentially new investors. I felt as though the presentation may have been slightly rushed, because of the time slot given to each of the four participants overall and for the amount of information that, John and Heather in particular, wanted/needed to convey.

But appart from that, the information was there, for everyone to see and digest.

Having met many of the senior executives at CyanConnode, over the years, I will judge them and do judge them, on how they have built and are building CyanConnode, rather than whether or not they are comfortable in front of a camera.

It is what happens with customers/clients and suppliers, that is important in building a company. And from the recent Hardman October Investor Presentation and the AGM, that seems to be going very well.

In reply to your 11:45 post, as you have pointed out and we are all aware, the 2023/2024 figure is " estimated." So we will have to see how things progress over the next 18 months or so, under this new framework.

But we have the 2022/2023 financial period to come first.

If CyanConnode received new contracts for 3/5 million units during say, November 2022 - and I am not saying that will happen, just thinking out loud - I would not expect the revenue to increase much for year 2022/2023, because of the length of time that these contracts take from order to completion - 18/24/30 months depending on the size of the contract and then we move on to the Support and Maintenance contracts.

I also notice that Hardman did not do an estimate for 2023/2024, in yesterdays report. But they did an estimate for 2023/2024 in their April 2022 report. So it looks to me as though they are waiting to see how many contracts are hopefully awarded to CyanConnode and how big they are, before they estimate what the 2024 FY figures might be, within this " New contracting framework."

....... New contracting frameworks in India are in place.

" Acceleration of tender awards is now expected following the adoption of Opex-based pricing models. The distribution companies will pay on a recurring basis, creating improved revenue visability for vendors and reducing unpredictability in the timing of cash receipts."

Initially, as has been stated in the Hardman & Co. report out yesterday, it is forecast that revenue will reduced during 2022/2023, to approximately £12.51m ( Estimate.)

But from what I can gather the reduction in estimated revenue is due to the " New contracting frameworks in India," whereby the Discoms will pay in a regular staged payment system, which is contractually binding, rather than upfront payments.

As I interpret it, this is the reason for the possible reduction in revenue that CyanConnode will receive during the 2022/2023 financial year.

Not for any other reason.

........ CyanConnode is winning its fair share of contracts.

" CyanConnode's successful deployments are becoming a reference for other Discoms - the state of Indore, in particular, has seen payback of less than three years on its smart meter investment. Indore initially contracted for 75,000 smart meters and has subsequently added a further 55,000 from CyanConnode. Further tranches of meter procurement are anticipated.

" As a consequence of the successful Indore case study, many other states are adopting the same platform. The importance of platform resilience and delivering on stringent service level agreements ( SLAs ) should not be underestimated in a country such as India. The terrain in semi-urban and rural areas can be difficult for connectivity due to mountainous and dense terrain. The Omnimesh RF technology is highly resilient due to its use of mesh networks. If a single endpoint goes down, the remainder of the network can continue to fuction normal.

" The overall programme in India remains in its infancy, with less than 10% of the overall target number of meters so far deployed. In that context, CyanConnode has fared well - we estimate that the company has installed around 25% of the total number of meters awarded, with c.1m deployed and a backlog of a furthe 1.6m meters. In late-August 2022, CyanConnode management disclosed that it was pursuing current tenders for the deployment of over 40m smart meters, while also indicating that this figure would grow."

Let us hope that the next few months proves to be productive and successful for CyanConnode.

....... Revenue flows are less upfront weighted.

" Alongside the growing involvement of infrastructure funds and other external sources of funding, the mandated contractural structure is now far more weighted towards payment over time rather than upfront payments. At the same time, the emphasis has shifted away from the relative unpredictability of payments triggered by implementation milestones being achieved by partners, to regular periodic payments made on a contractural basis.

" These newer contract terms do result in a shift in the profile of Indian revenue recognition for CyanConnode, which is reflected in our estimates for FY23 and beyond. The previous revenue forecast had a larger upfront recognition component, whereas the new Equal Monthly Instalments model spreads more revenue over the life of the contract: total contract values remain initially intact. The benefit of the arrangements is greater predictability of payments and a higher proportion of recurring revenue associated with each contract."

Sorry I missed you earlier. Certainly, as you have suggested, a Trading Update as always would give us an indication on how the year is progressing. In 2021 it was October 11th, so could come at anytime.

Bangladesh is still on the " New and other territories " list, along with Africa, UAE, Cambodia, Malaysia, Indonesia and UK. As well as Thailand and Sweden, which are on the " Further opportunities " list.

As there is circa 40 million smart meters out for tender at the moment, in India alone, let us hope that during the next 3 months or so, we will see some other smart meter contracts, dropping on CyanConnode's mat.

It would seem that Ratna Garapati was presenting at a " Workshop on Smart Metering " from what I can make out, in Andhra Pradesh, yesterday, 28th September, 2022.

It is good to know that presentations are still going on, to spread CyanConnode's message.

Alex DeGroote, Director Research Technology, at Arden Partners, added,

" CyanConnode has a very good market position in India, in particular and good commercial momentum. CyanConnode has won a significant amount of new business in 2022/2023 year to date, which suggests it will be a record year for revenue and volume."

It will be interesting to see towards the end of the 2022/2023 Financial Year, how/if the CyanConnode order win ratio continues, as it has started.

And how quickley CyanConnode can get the Omnimesh components delivered and banked.

Should be an interesting year. One of many, I am sure.
