I agree.

The Trading Update came during October and the Interim Results came during November last year. It would seem that this year they will both hopefully arrive during November 2022.

Like buses, they are maybe sometimes late and then two arrive at once. But hopefully, we can look forward to some encouraging news from both.

I am hoping, as I am sure do other share-holders, that eventually these Partnerships will allow both CyanConnode and various individual Partners, to develope areas of the overall Smart Meter Programme, that individually, they have probably not been outwardly active in before.

But were looking for the right opportunity/right Partner, to progress that appropriate segment/sector of their business.

Just a thought I have had for some time.

Ashoka Buildcon is another Indian Company, based I believe, in Maharashtra, also with a large portfolio of infrastructure projects, including Highways and Bridges. Power, Railway, Buildings, City Gas Distribution and Water.

With the varied range of projects, that both these companies provide, there may be the opportunity for CyanConnode to provide/offer a varied range of solutions?

We understand from the latest information we received in the Smart Metering in India pdf/brochure, that Tamil Nadu has the highest number of potential, consumer meters sanctioned, that are waiting for tenders to be issued. Some 30 million smart meters in total, for Tamil Nadu.

Which is a considerable increase on the orininal, potential of 18 million meters, I seem to remember being mentioned when Cyan, as it was known then, first got involved with the TNEB.

There are no individual time-scales given for these projects, although Phase 1 is anticipated/projected to be completed by December 2023, for the first 100 million meters.

Although there may be some slipage in time-scales for delivery, as we know sometimes happens with all projects.

But some encouraging detail overall, in the Smart Metering in India report.

I believe Esyasoft, have Partnered with a least 3 of the CyanConnode's consortia so far, providing the MDMS, namely the projects in Himachal Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Indore.

Good morning all,

I see that the testing has been completed and the certificates have been issued to 7 Companies mostly on CyanConnodes Partner list. Namely, Adani Transmission, L&T, HPL, Tata Power, Genus, and Monte Carlo. At the moment I cannot find EnergyWiz on CyanConnode's list.

Also, it is confirmed on the CyanConnode pdf, that Testing is Pending ( Hopefully to be completed by October 2022, on 6 other companies, namely:- Techno Electric, Adani Enterprises, Hindustan Power, AVON, Alfanar and Schneider Electric.

So 13 companies, overall.

No problem at all. I just pointed out, as BCITS was on the REC Empanelment List, that BCITS had worked in the consortia that included CyanConnode for the 2 projects for Rajasthan.

You could view the REC Empanelment List of Companies, as a list of components that will individually form part of an offer for a project, when it is decided which components/companies will be suited best, for the individual projects.

As far as BCITS/Wirepass is concerned, I don't see why not, as they had a close relationship last year.

I view it, as different companies will work with various other companies, for different projects in India. Every company on the REC Empanelment List, has something to offer.

I would think, that any Company included in the recent REC Empanelment List, that is there with a Cellular and RF offer capability, deserves to be taken seriously. So personally, I would not dismiss them as " old news," as you put it.

Eventually, other RF providers have/may/will probably surface. But it will be up to them to provide the same level of survice and SLA's, that CyanConnode provides, if that is the bench-mark.

And in CyanConnodes case and sphere of activity, that is 99.5%.

I mentioned BCITS a few months ago, when BCITS were included in a tweet that I posted, with information connected with 2 projects for Rajasthan, that CyanConnode are involved with.

Multibagger also suggests that an alternative RF Solution may also be considered, for some of the contracts and the suggestion is that Wirepass may be an alternative, possibly through BCITS Pvt, who I seem to remember, according to some press releases, had a Partnership with Wirepass, last year.

But according to the latest REC Empanelment List, the main players have now been whittled down to those mentioned.
