I also would like CyanConnode to remain in the hands of share-holders. The Company has a few years yet to develope future products independantly, as the world is changing very fast.

CyanConnodes products have evolved over the years, as shown in this report published in IoTNOW, including John Cronin, during July 2018, in which John eludes to " Electricity meters are spaced-constrained ...... ".

So the products/solutions have evolved over the years, to accomodate various different challenges. As I hope they will continue to do so.

John Cronin also mentioned a few years ago, how he did not want to building vast offices, for CyanConnode's people to work in, leaving the meter manufacturers and off-shore component manufacturers to bear that cost, once the product has been developed.

It has taken many years to develop this global Partner infrastructure, by CyanConnode. An Important part of the development of CyanConnode, which is often over-looked.

Licencing also has its challenges, no doubt, but probably does not need any vast areas of CyanConnode real-estate, to impliment this aspect of CyanConnode's offer.

So, I would want to see CyanConnode stay independent, at least for the immediate future, for the reasons mentioned. And probably for as long as possible.

But who knows.

To picking up on your 07:45 post this morning, " ..... £1 to £2 ...... " is a more realistic and achieveable potential T/O share price for CyanConnode, in my opinion.

But who knows what is around the corner, as the saying goes and what opportunities may present themselves for further developments, in the future.

I would agree, that waiting comes with most shares. And CyanConnode is no different.

I mentioned a couple of days ago, about the new known contracts, that had been received by CyanConnode, 2 from Assam through IntelliSmart and 2 for the MENA region, that dropped after the 2021/2022 Financial Year was over. Which may get an update in the " Post-Period Highlights " section.

It would also be good if some clarity was given on the over-all module delivery, post-period, also. It doesn't have to be contract specific, if that is not possible for various reasons, but an overall number of any additional modules delivered/installed during April 2022, through to say, the end of July 2022, would be appreciated, as far as I am concerned.

But as I think we both agree, there seems plenty of work to tender for.

Also from some of multibaggers research, but not word for word:-

There appears to be 5 Discoms in Uttar Pradesh, that have a requirement for circa 30 million smart meters, with 2 Discoms - Purvanchal and Paschimanchal - having a requirement for 14 million smart meters.

So it would seem that pencils are being sharpened all over India, with both eyes on the prize. And not forgetting there is the FY 2021/2022 report to get out, also.

Busy times ahead, I feel. But I am sure that CyanConnode would not have it any other way.

To me the short period of Tender ( closing 03 Sep 2022 ) possibly indicates that " empanelment " of the major players must have been completed so that they are in a position to bid? It still astounds me that a small company like ours has a realistic prospect of bidding for such large contracts and has a good chance of winning a proportion of the rollout on offer. Not often we come across an AMI listed company with a market cap of circa £36m being in this highly attractive position! Good luck all."

Some interesting times to look forward to, I feel and a lot more share-holders also, no doubt.

Time-scales are still up-in-the air, somewhat, but you have to be in it, to win it, as the saying goes and I feel we are definitely in with a chance, as I am sure some other share-holders do, also.

You may remember Linford Christie, the British 100 metre athlete who won Gold in the Olympics, the World Championships, the European Championships and the Commonwealth Games, who used to say, about the start of each race, that he used to go " On the " B " of the bang." Which is that split second before you hear the bang.

Excellent anticipation is required.

I feel that the share-price increases we sometimes see, followed by no news, could be investors/traders, getting the " ...... " B " of the bang ..... " slightley wrong. But they know/hope that it is coming, but the anticipation, for what ever reason, is slightly off. It is easily done.

But this steady share-price increase since the 28th July, 2022, for me, is the " anticipation " for a good set of 2021/2022 Finals Results.

Whether the feeling will continue, depends on when the Finals arrive. But we will have to wait and see if there is another re-trace, on the cards.

I think that all shareholders, will be hoping that John Cronin and the rest of the CyanConnode Team have " ..... got something lined up."

But the Full Year 2021/2022 Annual Report, may shed a bit more light, hopefully, on any advances/progress that CyanConnode has made over the last 12 months, or so, that can be put in the public domain.

But all new contracts will have already been published via CyanConnode's RNS.

And there are 4 known contracts, to date, 2 from Assam through IntelliSmart - May and June 2022 and 2 from the MENA region - April and August 2022 - that would qualify for the " Post-Period Highlights " section.

So plenty to look forward too, I feel. As do other share-holders, also.

It didn't start off that way, as far as I am concerned. But as sometimes happens that ex-employees of CyanConnode seem to cause more interest when they leave CyanConnode, than while they are actually at CyanConnode. Unfortunate, but that is the way it is.

And if one decides to come back, that is a different story altogether.

You seem to have covered the main companies of Rajiv's employment. But why it would be puzzling to you, for Rajiv to move from IntelliSmart to CyanConnode, or to change jobs generally, it is what some people do.

...... as we are aware, has already joined Apraava Energy, after he left CyanConnode India. So it would seem like an orderly departure for both parties - Rajiv and CyanConnode India.

But I wish Rajiv well, for his contribution to the business while at CyanConnode and also in his new position at Apraava Energy, in what would seem is a new venture for what was originally CLP and has now changed to a new corporate identity in Apraava Energy, during October 2021.

John Cronin's comment on Ratna Garapati, from the recent Press Release:-

" I'm delighted to announce that Ratna has been appointed as the MD & CEO of CyanConnode India. During his time in the role of COO he has been an integral part of the growth of the Company. Under his leadership, our business in India has moved from strength to strength, delivering over 1 million units. He is a stalwart in this industry and well-known across utilities, meter manufacturers, and leading players in this domain. This, along with his command over technology and operations, will be invaluable in CyanConnode's growth."

So, the reference by multibagger (ADVFN,) to " ...... may reflect the need for changing skillsets/experience/relationships with key partners ....... " is correct and is something that, in my opinion, has already been proven in his previous role as Chief Operationg Officer, as stated by John Cronin.

" During his time in the role of COO he has been an integral part of the growth of the Company."

So, not for the first time and probably not for the last time, we have differing opinions.
