I have dipped in and out of ITM for years, usually profitably. I have lost money on several fuel cell related companies over the years, CWR, CFU cant even remember some of their their codes now! Is the future EV or Fuel cell? Or IC? EV is more advanced and seems a no brainer for short journeys/ city cars - but how do you charge an EV when you don't have a garage or driveway - leave cables trailing across the pavement? Will the grid really cope? For longer journeys EV doesn't look so good with the downtime implicit in charging IF you can find a charging point that's free. Fuel cell cars look good practically for all uses but where on earth does all the Hydrogen come from in vast quantities necessary, how is it to be safely stored, who is going to invest in the necessary monumentally expensive infrastructure if it is to become mass usage? Since electricity/ hydrogen on a big scale needs to be produced largely by fossil fuels, the only advantage at present seems to be a concentration of pollution at production rather than widespread dissemination out vehicle exhaust pipes. What I have taken from this from an investment point of view is that imminent demise of fossil fuels has been exaggerated.

I guessed you were 'Roco' from what you posted on iii shortly afterwards. I too asked quite a few questions and was impressed by the BODs responses - particularly Kerim. They did seem to imply that any further equity raises would involve rights issues open to all rather than discounted placings. I like the idea of a more gentle approach to development, I am concerned that debt for Tasvan development, the existing unrepaid debt and borrowings for an accelerated drilling program at Salinbas could lead to debt problem if there is any hiccup in current production (or a decline in POG). Last thing we want is to be decimated by a debt for equity swap in the future which is my single biggest fear having suffered that before with other small companies.

Out of interest all references to Twatt on the Orkneys has been effectively eradicated. I have dived on the Scapa Flow wrecks several times and once we set out on bikes to discover Orkney....er….Twatt. All signs to Twatt have been removed, the only exception we could find being on Twatt church. Anyway I am a first time poster on the HUR board, have followed this company for some time and have a fair number of shares. Rather an unexpected first post at that!

Hi. I am a virgin(!) contributor - could never get my iii account to work but have been reading the iii guys, DJ, Roco etc for ages. Was at the AAU meeting in America Square in May (I am the big scruffy one slumped in my chair looking sleepy) and was impressed by the BOD members there. Hoping this company isn't too good to be true and that the company is developed with respect to the interests of the private shareholders - and that they don't get overburdened by debt which seems to be the Achilles heel of many a small company - John
