Wasnt it Cepsa not wanting to wait for the saudi electric and oil company to resolve a dispute the reason for the trial not going ahead. The Saudi dispute has been put to bed, we now need a MSAR fuel manufacturer and with MSAR there is a clear path for the trial to take place.

pcjoe Given the storage at Cepsa for MSAR is currently limited to 14000 tonnes approx.-, the jetty for MSAR delivery is for bunkering vessels, small ship berth. I also believed it would be Cepsa producing the fuel but more likely the MMU from Cepsa has been shipped to KSA as this makes more sense and fits with the recent fuel production system commissioning. Half year report should be out on Monday if we don't get anything before and maybe we will find out. GLA

See RNS dated 18th 12 2014, Cepsa MMU took 9 months to manufacture and install. The cost for the KSA trial is being covered 100% by the client. QFI have already got an MMU ready if not in place somewhere else, otherwise their timescales could not be met. They have stated quite clearly that the trial begins as soon as the contracts are signed
