Quadrise has a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Bitumina Industries Limited (“Bitumina UK”), represented by Bitumina General Trading LLC of Dubai (“Bitumina”).

The Bitumina Group, led by Dr Bernd Schmidt, was founded nearly 100 years ago and is a world leader in producing, trading and supplying a wide range of bitumen products for use in road construction. The Bitumina Group also has a business in Denmark that manufactures and sells colloidal mills and plants for bituminous products and road emulsion production, similar to the unit used for MSAR® manufacture.

Under the MOU Quadrise and Bitumina will work together on an exclusive basis to seek to progress selected MSAR® project opportunities in the Commonwealth of Independent States (including Russia), Poland, Romania, and Vietnam to commercial agreements for the production and supply of MSAR® fuel.

Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – Quadrise management and
our local partners Al Khafrah Holding Group (“AKHG”)
attended a meeting in Riyadh in March 2020 alongside
representatives from the major power utility and a major
boiler OEM to discuss resuming the planned 400MWe
boiler trial using in-Kingdom MSAR® manufacture.
Following this positive meeting, AKHG has maintained
contact with the power utility and a further meeting was held via conference call, with follow-up over the
summer.

Add the Biomsar tech ( Glycerol )to the Utah crude which is suitable for non scrubbed vessels on open ocean steaming. Its on par with VLSFO at .5% sulphur. Huge market including cruise ships.

A reminder for new investors that the fuel was trialed through all aspects of engine cycles and fuel changeovers using Marine MSAR before the LONO could take place. From memory this was 200 hrs each on both Wartsilla and Mann engines.

· The series of Wärtsilä full-engine seaborne service tests were completed early in June, confirming good engine and emissions performance on Quadrise Marine MSAR® fuel

· The MAN engine seaborne performance to date on Marine MSAR® reflects the very positive land test results, and formal completion is expected by end July

· Consequently, Mærsk have advised Quadrise that the "Proof Of Concept" requirements have been satisfied

· The forward plan has been revised such that the "Letter of No Objection" LONO programme will launch the commercial phase in preparation for 'roll-out', rather than concluding the development phase

When Maersk were doing the LONO I seem to remember rollout to the fleet could start after just 2000 Hours as it takes a few months to ready vessels for the fuel and getting supply in place, by the time the second 2000Hrs is achieved ships and supply are ready.

Sells were going through at 2.65 and buys at 2.89. Nothing showed on L2. Allot of large sells normally show on L2 but get broken down into saleable chunks so you don't see the actual size of the sell off L2. I've not seen large buys appearing the same way. I'd like to think it was a buy.

The samples from Utah POSP were rushed and had contaminants that rendered them useless for blending, the reason for this was they were not sent for assay, the upcoming samples will go through the assay process before shipping to UK

Likewise, the assay provides valuable information that is utilized to assess refining characteristics and is used in various Linear Program (LP) modeling and optimization tools.

Overall, crude oil assay provides the refiner with the data needed to make informed decisions in the areas of crude selection, scheduling and planning. It is also a valuable tool that aids in the optimization of various refining processes.

Spot on Wonga FC. However Bergen generally give themselves more headroom between the conversion price and the share price, this may indicate news is on the way and they are expecting a rise. What we have not been made privy too is the maximum period of time for the conversion price.

Bergen under the agreement have to convert a further £500,000, the share price would need to be in the area of 8p. The 60 days at -3p has been covered by email to QFI and doesn't seem to be a precursor any longer.
