Moving to the second phase may well be the catalyst for a refiner to get onboard, this will possibly unblock the Marine side and KSA. We know about discussions with Nouryon who are part of the Carlyle group who in turn own Cepsa where our fuel was made for the Maersk Marine Trials, also a stone throw from Morocco, the MMU is possibly still at or around that location. My guess would be the Board at QFI would want to move thing as fast as possible to get a rising share price as suggested for Bergen to benefit from their investment.

The fuel and equipment will then be transported to site in time for the trial to commence in March 2020. Pending the positive outcome of this first phase, which we are anticipating should be completed in early Q2 2020, the intention is to progress to the second phase of paid feasibility studies for larger trials that are a precursor to commercial roll-out in the partners' facilities.

As the oil phase is pre-atomised within MSAR® to very small sizes (5-10microns) compared with atomised HFO droplets (100 microns), this increased surface area enables essentially complete combustion, leaving virtually no carbon particulates in the exhaust gases. The inherent water within MSAR® also reduces the temperature of combustion, which reduces NOx emissions significantly.

Lionel, I too have been here allot of years like yourself. I drew a line under past events when QFI undertook a strategic review.
Since the strategic review QFI now have many irons in the fire, the partners that we now have on board are worth tens of billions of dollars and they want a few more billions hence they have partnered with QFI. There is still massive risk investing here but at these current prices it has to be a no brainer.

When the contract announcement comes at 7am, within the next 3 months, the Market Makers will price the news in before trading opens at 0800. That pricing is likely to be at least 100% 0f the previous days closing price.
