I believe the holdup with Morocco is the lack of a refiner, once the refiner is sorted for MSC which must be close, Morocco will be ready for the final trials. At the moment, whether Morocco is keen or not, once the trials are completed there isn't a plan for continuity of fuel.

Enter refiner and MSC and Morocco are good to go.
Utah results are exceptional and we await the results of Aquafuel testing on upgraded Bio-Msar.

VLSFO at $525 a tonne gives Greenfield or Petroteq a clear $70 a barrell for their product, could this be what they are waiting for to get the POSP back up and running, particularly through winter when road usage is limited. Even at a reduced price to local consumers, it has to be a no brainer, all the upgrade work carried out at POSP was to get the quality right for MSAR, shame to waste an opportunity.

Part of the testing of the Utah samples is at aqua fuel The high calorific value of the Uinta bitumin as opposed to residue (which has had all the gasoline and diesel sucked from it) has allowed Quadrise to increase the glycerine content in Bio-Msar, couple this with the low sulphur of the synbit and we have a truly market leading fuel giving a 50 percent reduction In emissions. I don’t believe any other fuel offers this. End of September for results

The original agreement

The Phase 1 CTA now entered into has a commercial value to Quadrise of US$150,000 and comprises the following activities that are planned to be completed during the remainder of 2020, subject to completion of preparatory works at the POSP facility by Greenfield prior to Quadrise personnel accessing the site in Utah later this year:

· Proof of Concept formulation and test work at the Quadrise Research Facility using oil samples supplied by Greenfield.

· Loan of Quadrise MSAR® commercial production equipment and MSAR® test equipment and supply of MSAR® additives.

· Supply of specialist services to assist Greenfield in completing the commercial scale demonstration trial to produce over 600 barrels (100 tonnes) of power grade MSAR®.

Looks like were off to Utah as originally planned. Phase 1 nearing completion.

Look at the difference in the prices rather than the colour, its very telling, also do some dummy trades, this will enlighten as to what is what, colour is not important although misleading

The surfactant used dictates the shelf life of the fuel, marine MSAR has a greater shelf life as opposed to boiler or kiln MSAR. The first POC with Maersk pointed that out as Marine MSAR was born as a result. As it says, everything is ready, 2 days for fuel production, When OCP Morocco are ready and staff are good to go, hoping for news this week.

Not had a block listing before, had plenty of warrants expire, as pointed out in the RNS there are 40,000,000 warrants in the offing should the share price exceed their value, With news in the offing, I see it as a positive.

The trial with the MMU in Utah was expected to be achieved while greenfield had the POSP under trial. Several batches of bitumen have been sent to QRF in the past that were not fit for purpose hence the continuing upgrades to the POSP. Greenfield got the plant up to speed at the end of their licence agreement, they are no longer in control of the POSP so now there is no rush to test the samples, greenfield will use the MMU at their new site when it is built. There is still a possibility that Petroteq may use the MMU at POSP but first we need an agreement with them.
Quadrise are confident that the samples can be emulsified after the results of the assay, the samples are from greenfield new site not POSP site.
