There is a reason that at least two big II's have just jumped onboard QFI with not much of a discount as a carrot. These guys have strategies for making money for clients who are not particularly good at making their own investment decisions.

Re Utah, I'm hoping for Steve Byle to show his hand as one of our new major shareholders, all investors have been afforded the same presentation to make their investment decisions upon, but Steve is looking from the inside, he knows where this is going.

If the price shot to 50p tomorrow, Bergen would still convert their 500k at sub 3p. if it goes to 2p tomorow, Bergen will still wait for a substantial rise before converting. It is not in their interest to convert until they are well in profit. Its win win for them.
