It's a long held thought here that the "holders," who constantly moan about all things VAL, should sell up.
Maybe that's what has happened, but not from anyone here.
The "holders" here think it's not worth it, because they are so far down "it ain't worth it."
My thought process is, that something is better than nothing. However small.

Point 1 - So you think that the RNS was released last week to get the placing away? Not unheard of by the way.
Point 2 - You are suggesting it was agreed and the participants or Novum then forward sold these shares at 0.807p? Forward selling not unheard of by the way.

Now i'm no expert, but why in your opinion was the selling price as low as it was for 5.25 million shares?
The price seems a bit low, don't you think.

If you're saying this was a trade from yesterday, post placing RNS, do you really think that a price of 0.807p, 15% higher than the placing, would have been achieved?

The problem you have is finding genuine holders to force an EGM.
There are many here who claim to be unhappy holders with huge holdings. But if push comes to shove, they will be conspicuous by their absence.

Phase 2 has been completed and VAL are looking to JV 401 or let somebody else take it on for phase 3.

I would like to make it clear that i NEVER STATED phase 3 approval had been granted.
If any post regarding 401 has been misleading, however ambiguous, then this was not intended.

I don't think I've ever ramped VAL, merely stated the fact that I believe their statements. If you consider that ramping, fine. I certainly won't try to convince you otherwise. You clearly don't.

As for market abuse: That's a very strong statement. But if that's how you feel, please go ahead and lodge a complaint with the relevant authorities. I look forward to hearing from them.
