A company is obliged to release an RNS for any news that MAY be price sensitive.
So the RNS at 7am could have raised or lowered the price, but didn't.

If the price had doubled and there was mass buying and selling (Novum), i could understand your post.
But nothing happened.
So what exactly are you trying to say?

But the relevant authorities have decided that 401 does meet the relevant criteria for phase 3.

Or have I mis-interpreted something.
VAL are looking for a partner to take 401 into phase 3.

I certainly won't sell for a small profit.
Pretty much all in for me. AIM is a gamble, and none more so, than tiny little pharmaceuticals with no money.
I accept it may go wrong, but that's my choice.
I still believe in the compounds. As far as my limited knowledge allows me.
I can't help but feel that if 401 was not effective, why are we now looking forward, hopefully, to phase 3?
Bearing in mind that VAL do not determine whether these compounds are potentially useful.
I'm prepared to take the risk, either way.

It has been suggested that an EGM can be called if there is enough collective weight behind it from genuine shareholders.
I'm sure that someone more knowledgeable than myself can post the required procedure.
As I've mentioned before, I will fully support any EGM. I would however, not be attending. Some here still believe in the BOD and what they say via RNS, media etc.
If this measure is used to placate some of the more "disgruntled" holders, then it can only be a good thing.
Unfortunately nobody wants to step up to the plate in this particular avenue.

A poster here called tozerk, said he'd contacted the FCA to air his concerns, but to this date there has been no feedback from him/her.

For the record i'm down about 10 grand in 12 months.

As for an EGM, it's been suggested many times, mainly for the whingers like yourself, who would have appeared to be so unhappy.

It would appear that the very things that you are critical of, are making you money.
You should be lauding the BOD and VAL, not criticisng.
