VAL have done what they said with 401. Lets move on to 201 now.
It's hardly a secret. If there is no cash you go bust or do a placing. It really is not rocket science.
I'm not sure what is expected from a tiny bio by some posters on here.

To clarify: AIM listed companies raise cash from placings to keep the lights on!

It's all about the money.
I think the USO will go, or be re-worded, and there will be a completely new delivery structure to what we have now.

Unfortunately for RMG you cannot get blood out of a stone.

The USO is up for review in 2021 i believe. When RMG is no longer tied to this stranglehold, you will see a totally different company.
It would not surprise me if RMG's lawyers are looking at a way around this now.

And just for the record. When "investors" take part in a placing, that involves buying shares at a discounted price (in most cases).
So I would assume that it would mean some cash exchanging hands at some point.

I wouldn't worry about the trades or volume. If there is a decent rise it will need to be substantiated with news, otherwise the price will retreat again.
The small band of wreckers, as you call them, ( I'd prefer something a little more colourful beginning with W ), will probably have their day in the sun. But nothing would give me more pleasure than to see "them" no longer post.
