He/She posted an RNS from 2011 stating the progression of 101. His tone appeared to suggest to me, that 101 should be further down the line with development.
I merely asked how long these compounds should take in their entirety.

So what you're both saying is, that to get anything conclusive, P3 has to be entered into and passed.
Patient numbers would have to have been increased.
P1 and P2 would both have had to have been passed to progress to P3.
Funding is needed because VAL is a tiny R & D company.

All of the above i agree with. As do the majority of holders here. The only critiques, are the posters who for some odd reason, seem hell bent on talking this company down. Inanaco, you are one of them.
Focus on the positive. VAL 401 has passed P2. That is why the BOD are looking for partners to fund P3.

IF VAL 401 WAS PANTS, WOULD IT HAVE BEEN APPROVED GOING FORWARD FOR P3 TRIALS?

Ray. You talk about 5 years. The Hardman report 01.11.2018 deals with the survival times from patients dosed with 401. Palliative care is what it is. End of life. How many patients can you actually recruit that meet the necessary criteria?

Thank you for the warnings, but i'm a grown up. I fully accept that I may lose all of my "investment." I fail to understand why that is so hard for the VAL bashers to see.

Quick and speedy trials do not exist in R & D pharmaceuticals with no money. Although I believe that the certain trials are not as stringent as they once were. So hardly a ringing endorsement, for yourself, by yourself, about why VAL should be avoided.

And finally:

Your last sentence is very very interesting. Please elaborate on why the science is not that great.
What is not that great about it? Does that mean it's a bit great?
Are you qualified to make that statement?

Are you actually suggesting that the "anonymous expert reviewers" that Dr Dilly mentions in the RNS 18/12/2018, just accept what they are told and then put it in print?
That no actual research was done?

What would make these reviewers "expert" then? Dr Dillys words, not mine.

I particularly like the "respected validation" bit.
Dr Dilly does not appear to think the data is "fudged" as some might suggest.

Are you saying The Hardman Report, reported in an RNS on 01/11/2018, is incorrect in some way?
I didn't invest over 22K post that report. I first invested December 2017. I've been averaging down on most trades since. But not from FORTY SIX PENCE A SHARE. Like you, boy.

I'm not a trader either. I've actually done very well by holding, and sometimes buying, when all and sundry are taking delight in a falling share price.

And for the record: I accept my losses in all forms of gambling. I do actually take great pleasure in telling friends, family, workmates etc, how much i've lost, and on occasions, won.

You're just a whinging losing git. We're not all lijke you.
