that 2 of the most vocal posters on here actually claim to have made money trading VAL.
January and Roses (6 figures by her own admission).
I would've thought that dwindling share prices were more their mantra. That is until they've bought.
I wonder whether these 2 posters were ever positive about VAL.
Maybe after they had bought!!!
Each to their own I suppose.

Thank you for answering your questions for me. Your answers however, have no correlation to the questions you asked.
So, just for you and your little band of brothers:

1 - I have no idea. Through the roof, even lower. Toss a coin. I can't see into the future.
2 - The financing agreement is in place. Good or bad, it's there. There is always going to be dilution for all start ups, especially bios, until there is an income stream. Quite clearly, this has not happened for VAL, yet!
3 - If I wasn't confident, I wouldn't be here. How many other companies would like to have 4 compounds in or approaching clinical trials.
4 - There is no number 4, but you appear to have answered it. It would seem your maths is as good as your spelling. PROFESSIONAL!!!

Now answer me this very simple question. I will make it easy for you.
In your 18.03 post you state that you are worried. What are you worried about?
You are not invested.

As for the BOD not investing, I don't see that as a problem.
But the question remains: How do you raise funds for a tiny bio-pharmaceutical with no money?

Your constant criticism (and quite a few others) of everything that the VAL BOD do, would seem a little more plausible if you (and quite a few others) actually told the less intelligent like myself, what you would do in their situation.

Lets take the recent "death spiral loan".

VAL are running out of cash. They approach several lenders who all want various t's & c's. None of these lenders are going to "invest" without guarantees.
VAL take the best offer on the table which gives them funding for however long. I haven't actually done the maths but from reading here it will take them easily into next year.
These funds will be used to take 201 to the end of P2 and progress 301.
Brilliant from my perspective. Why would it not be?
I've invested in a company that needs money to further its products. Raising money on terms that could be deemed as unfavourable is part and parcel of companies like this.
Granted it's very high risk, but also very high reward.

So tell me nomlungo (or anyone else), how would you have gone about raising the cash needed to take your compounds further.

I'm doing you a favour replying. If it wasn't for the likes of me, you'd have no-one, absolutely no-one. I don't expect your thanks though. How are you by the way? Still having "those thoughts?" Never mind. You can still get help.

Moving on to my investment here. I checked and I've invested just under 25 grand (made a mistake when I said 22 grand in an earlier post). 1,300,000+ shares at an average of about 1.9p. Certainly not worried about it. And I've read the RNS's so I can work out what's happening.

I'm not sure that you are aware, but i'll give you some information. Certain things obviously pass you by.
Nobody invests in a high risk bio-pharmaceutical listed on AIM with no money and EXPECTS TO MAKE CASH. We hope we've called it right. You have obviously called it wrong. That's where your bitterness comes from.

Dilutions, CLN's, warrants, death spiral loans? Bring it on.

I'm not worried about losing my money. I love it. But in this case I fully expect to win.

One other thing: AFFECT NOT EFFECT. An easy mistake made by many.

You seem extremely critical of posties in your 14:48 post.
Do you think that it is the inability of managers like yourself, to actually manage, that "lazy, indifferent posties" are getting away with doing little or nothing.
Employees like you want the pay but not the responsibility that comes with the job.
So why would you, as a manager, not tell these posties to do some work?
Scared of confrontation maybe?

And regarding the benefits: I would assume that these filter through to lazy and indifferent managers as well as posties. In fact, I know they do!!

Here's a question.
How many managers does it take to run a delivery office with 52 duties?
If I was to tell you that the answer was 4, 1 DOM, 3 Linos, would you believe me?

Let's not forget that your good friend roses, has constantly slated the BOD. Because of their salaries, lack of news, constant dilution etc, as have you.
These are the very people that have enabled your good friend roses, to make a six figure sum. You have also stated that you've made a profit from trading.

And let's not forget: I said I was concerned about roses' mental health. His / Her posts suggest all is not right. IMO only.
