Do you advocate every single postie who falls under the same umbrella covering your claim, to do the same?
Are you aware how many millions of pounds this will cost RMG?
As a shareholder, is this wise?
Do you think that if RMG have to pay claims going back at least 1 year (your claim) for every postie who has done overtime, that the share price will be affected.
Your knowledgeable answers would be greatly appreciated by all on this board.

I think they're still thriving as a letter courier.

Are you a formal Whistl employee? That would explain a lot. We have a "manager" who worked for them.

I don't think the issue is with the vote.
The problem lies with actual day/ days of strike action..
If Mr Backs stance enforces actual action, then that sets his stall out. Who's going to blink first.
I will reiterate, that I do not know of a single postie who wants IA.

For what it's worth.
I believe that there will be an overwhelming yes vote for IA.
I also have 30 + years in the job, but not sitting behind a desk. I know the feeling on the floor. It's not good, I can assure you.
However, while I think IA will be voted for, I don't think the price will drop by much.
If strike action actually takes place, with a clear path to forward IA, a very different thing to a vote, then I can see the price dropping sharply.
I expect Mr Back to see sense, eventually. Maybe after xmas.

On another point: BG engineers will be picking up their parts from lockers. Not good for RMG IMO. Still trying to find out the full details.

And one other: Annual leave holiday payment. I understand trouble is brewing. There has been a date set for the first ET in the country. Not good news for RMG should the ET support this case. The floodgates will open.
