I read the article you posted and apart from the meters, which I believe have been coming into our office for about 3 years, it could be longer, winning the contract back seems odd.
The fact remains that it is no longer in place. That is what I've been told.

Touching on your other points:
Job losses? Why would I not be concerned? Not necessarily for me, but the recent starters.
The business? Of course I want to see it grow. It depends though, at what cost? Jobs, the service, USO? Splitting up of the business? And you have alluded to the fact that you are a RMG employee!
Illegal IA? I'm not sure the whole facts are available. There must be a very good reason why several units have walked out. I'm sure that you're aware that there are procedures to follow. However, i'm glad it's been resolved. Although i'm not sure how it was. Can you enlighten me?

400 posts of absolute nonsense in the last week from you, and now you're trying to piggyback somebody who appears to have some knowledge. You know little or less about the machinations of RMG, and your posts fully back that up. If you weren't so blinkered, you would realise that Scamp offered an insight to my original post. No trolling, no agenda. Just opinions.

We've been handling BG parts for at least 15 years in my office. So i'm not sure about this 5 year contract you mention. I do, however, accept that this may be the case.
And can you post the margins that you speak about, or is that in your opinion only? If these are actual facts, please post them, or dare I say,

It would appear odd though, that the other contracts that are delivered by Royal Mail Relay, are still being carried out. So, i'd imagine if this was true, it was not a RMG choice. In my opinion.
What is your opinion on that?

I'm not sure if the issues in Warrington are anything to do with the actual BG contract. All I've heard is RMG will no longer be handling these parts.
I'll find out more when I'm back at work tomorrow.
If true, then another blow for RMG and Mr Back.

Just got back from a weeks holiday and I've been told that as from March 2020 RMG will not be handling any British Gas items. I don't know the reasons for this, but I understand that this was quite a lucrative earner for RMG.
I've spoken to the people in our callers office and they say that we have about 35 engineers collecting parts on a daily basis.

I really do not want to strike , nor do any of my workmates.
Unfortunately, it has now reached the point where it has become almost inevitable. I hope that the CWU and Mr Back reach some sort of compromise.
A few months back I stated that the would be a vote for IA, with a resounding yes, but I didn't think it would take place.
This IMO, will seriously affect the share price. And this is what this board is about.
If I was holding (more than 81) a serious amount, I would consider dropping them and maybe reinvesting after everything has been resolved.
Personally, I can see a big upside to RMG in the future. The question now is, will there be IA and how long will it last?

I didn't deny it, I phrased it a different way. It's terminology, and if i'm not allowed to say it on this site, my posts would've been removed and I would've been banned. Read the LSE rules.

It's these very things that we are trying to protect, as well as the decimation of our services to the public.
Did you vote to accept your 2.6% pay offer? Which way will you vote when the CMA ballot for IA?
Or will you accept the erosion of your generous package?

We are all in the same boat. The only people to escape are the upper echelons of RMG.
What will you do when the hierarchy are telling you to go out on delivery, covering IA, when it's ****ing down, you have no raincoat and it's the worst estate you can imagine?

Since SDD I've worked to my time indoors and out, often going over.

I think Mr Back is trying to flex his muscles here. Will they, won't they? Can they afford to go on a prolonged strike? Let's be honest, we haven't got his money. But the public will be on our side.

In fact your 18.54 post seems to suggest that RMG will profit from IA. Is that what you're alluding to? That IA actually benefits RMG?
