Losing money does strange things to people. It makes them believe that what they think and say is actually true.

I'll say it again: If IA goes ahead the share price will drop 20-30%. If further IA dates are reached it could get worse.

I think that TP was probably referring to the mediators recommendations and therefore discussions with RMG, which would end on the 8th. If I recall, TP mentioned he was pleased with these recommendations. The question is, will RMG be?
Probably not.
I find it astonishing that the CEO of any company, if faced with IA, would not want to be attend meetings.
That says it all to me.

Not forgetting JBT, there is also a 3rd party who stand to lose. The shareholders. Getting wealthier at the expense of other peoples lifestyles is definitely a no in my book.

Thirdly. Regarding your time. That is applicable to every single employee of RMG. How and by who is your time governed?

As far as i'm aware there has never been any "dealings" with the CMA.
If I remember correctly their "leader" fully supported the CWU stance, insisting that it would protect white collar jobs. A fact not lost on any postie.
As I said in an earlier post, some are desperate.
