Listen sonny. RMG cannot prove anything regarding the irregularities with the vote. Me and several other colleagues obtained our voting papers with the full consent of the management.
The only voice that RMG have is from posties like you who are not going to strike.

Apparently some new conditions have been applied to parcelforce employees.
It's a take it or leave stance that has recently been applied to Asda staff.
Trying to get more info. Will post when I find anything out.

My concern is that if this goes unchallenged, how long before posties get treated the same?

You were championing this remarkable innovation in RMG technology not so long ago. Urge your managers to use this tool, so you can get assistance from the early finishers and finish early too.

There will be little or no redundancies for blue collar workers.
These will be set aside for the elite, only.
Natural wastage is how it will be achieved. Automation will save money in mail centres, but out on the road, there will be failures right, left and centre.
It's happening now, but you have to realise how performance is reported. Only IMO by the way.
