I thought, possibly incorrectly, that the mining right application was accepted.
In his interview FM clearly states that they have received a mining right. Different to an application.

I assume that this means the application has been granted.

I don't even know why they have bothered appealing. Unless of course this is standard procedure.

My immediate concern if I was Mr Back, would be how much dead time all white collar workers have.
For example: A workmate moved to another office not too far from his original place. In his new office there were 15 more duties than his old one.
In his new office he had 4 managers, 2 wpc's and a dedicated person to deal with a/l.
In his old office there were 2 managers and 2 wpc's.
Too many or too little???
