No they haven't.
What a lot of posties have done is go through ACAS, fill out a form to reclaim their a/l o/t payments. Which I believe is a legal payment, and should be made by your company, without request.
Currently, RMG are refusing to deal with any of these claims, so any claimant has to go through the procedure of filing this claim, waiting for 3 weeks I think, and then filing a claim through the ET. Which can take up to 2 months.
It is a long and drawn out process, and IMO, RMG have chosen this at the moment to restrict any more payments, including historical payments, until a deal has been agreed.
I have been informed that some sort of agreement has been reached. Second hand info, by the way. But this will only be presented in the new year.
I've also been informed that a date has been set for an ET for at least one claim, and RMG have to respond by the 23rd of this month as to why they contest this claim.
