I stand corrected. I should've added IMO. So I'll apologise for misleading anyone that reads this board. I try to shed a different light on things, instead of greed at workers expense, like shareholders. IMO. However, it is all about money for shareholders, so tell me I'm wrong.
Can you answer my questions though from my earlier post?
Will you continue to reap the benefits that the CWU continue to gain for you, wolvesposty? And if you do, does that make you a hypocrite?

But judging by your posts some of your colleagues don't. And that's where your problems lie.
If you were to take a long time of work through illness or injury, would you gratefully accept your full wage?
Will you accept any pay rises negotiated on your behalf, in your time as a postie?
Will you accept the soon to be ratified pension agreement?
Well if Mr Back gets his way, wave bye bye to the above. And many more things.
But don't worry, you can still fall back on your dividends can't you?

The ballot for IA is not about pay rises. Please do some research before you post or you may be accused of lying. Or being thick.
The managers balloted for acceptance of a 2.6% pay rise. They rejected it. I don't think it's bad, above CPI.
What is their next ballot going to be for? IA maybe?
Does that make them as bad as striking posties?

The reason I posted "it's all about the money" was more referencing the fact that whenever a ballot is mentioned, it's always the postie who is greedy.
I just though i'd turn it on its head.
Are the mangers being greedy? Probably not. And yes, they do still work a 41 hour week. Well, some do, if you know what I mean. I don't know what the lowest level manager earns or indeed what their bonuses are, so I cannot say what the gap is.

Unite - CMA facebook. The ballot closed at noon on 13th and the offer rejected. The rise was for junior and middle management.
All about the money for managers whereas us lazy posties just want protection.
I wonder If the next ballot will be for IA if lower level mangers don't get the pay rise they think they deserve.
