Chris there are some more details in these links about the finances at Biosynex. Sales came in at 153 million euros in 2020 and 382 million in 2021. In November 2021 they completed a financing deal for 109 million .This is for future market expansion as they look to build the business.
It also appears that they have been importing the components for the lateral flow tests they sell from Asia and making up the kits at their french site . They were looking to sell 20 million of these in January and then launch their own test in February.

The founder of Biosynex entrepreneur Larry Abensur and his family appear to be the largest shareholders with a holding of 39.6%. From what I can see the rapid PCR platform they sell is actually developed by Trenton Biomedical in Taiwan. Could the attraction with Novacyt be the potential of the instrument side of the business.

Baby Huey I'm fully aware of what an admin job is . I'm interested in the new projects that are going to be taking place while we await an update .

I see Novacyt placed an advert last week for a Project Administrator. The job is for circa two months and involves working at both the Camberley and Southampton sites on multiple projects . I'm not sure why this job is only temporary while the vacancies for two project managers offer permanent positions. Maybe DA will be able to update us more on some of these projects in April .

Back in 2020 the contract for Novacyt to supply the NHS with the NPT solution was published on Bidstats shortly after the contract was signed. Two months later it was republished on Bidstats under a different heading and it contained a link to Atamis which showed the redacted version of the contract.This second publication appears to be no longer available in the public domain .Has anybody else else still got the Atamis link?

A very important point that doesn't get mentioned is the NHS announcement on 16/11/20 that they were introducing twice weekly lateral flow tests for staff. Before this the original plan had been to test the workforce with PCR and lamp tests. Novacyt even developed a lamp test which never got launched . From mid november the lateral flow tests replaced a lot of testing that would have been done with PCR and lamp tests.

Hkk try looking at companies house in July. You'll find the full year accounts for 2021 will have been recorded by then .

mburns70, the vesting date for the phantom share awards was the 1/11/20, that's when the award price was set . GM didn't buy in till ten days later.

I posted the other week about Adam Herridge working as a contractor for the DHSC for the last four months. His LinkedIn page now shows him as a PCR kit developer for the DHSC. Any thoughts?
