Dont think the results will be as bad as people predict. Costs starting to drop, yet volumes up massively for the time of year. Companies going tits up all over the place, with many more facing far higher costs going forward, Royal Mail looks a fairly safe stock to have your money , compared to alot of the market.

Anyone else have a very heavy day for letters today. Not had a Tuesday this heavy since pre lockdown.

Shares bought seem to massively outweigh sold today. Any reason for this ?

Not sure where you got that info from, 22 million a week . A Billion loss a year . I think the cleaners been spreading rumours again. How can you lose that amount of money when volumes are up?

No idea where you get overpaid from. We get closer to the minimum wage every year. Carry more mail and parcels every year and spend longer hours pounding the streets. Most new starters quit within weeks thinking it's a cushy number and realise it's not. If it was that easy and that well paid, a queue for every vacancy would appear , that I'm afraid never happens.

Word coming out of union reps is talks going well and agreement looks very much on the cards. How much truth in this who knows, but I guess word creeps out.

D2ds back to normal levels in our office for this time of year. Letter slightly down and sick low.

Think this trend will continue for a long while. With shops closing down ,and more people working at home , home deliveries are here to stay.

New look contract is massive and a double contract when you count the payment for return of items.
