A strong start to the week. Some good block buying this morning.

Your 'logic' so called is absurd. They are not making 'losses'. They are showing prudence and locking in gains. They are not losing anything. If you were to apply your 'logic' it would be the same as you taking a profit on a share trade and then calling it a loss if the sp subsequently rose.

You make a good point about the illiquidity here. It effectively locks you in if you have a half decent holding AND its in a period where the shares are depressed such as things are now. At one point I held nearly 300,000 shares here and when I decided to exit I had to do it over a period of several days - in blocks - and I was fortunate to get out in a period where there was slightly elevated liquidity and thus MM's were prepared to take my shares at market prices. Falling - the reason I think FLX will survive is because they will succeed in getting a placing away although it will be at a low low price, probably 3 or 4p. I think there are enough vested interests and they have enough contacts in the right places. The price has bounced three times from 5p already.

What did they report before, £250k odd? I couldn't believe it when I saw it that day! I think it was about £1.25m short of my estimate! I hope it comes good because I like the posters here and wish them well, Adastra and apps etc but these are nervous times. FWIW I don't go with Fallings apocalyptic scenario, they'll survive and could go in to do well but there is a LOT of competition out there and it won't get any easier. One other thing what on earth has happened re the Principia tie up?? Absolute silence.

Yorkville is another AIM last resort. Of course there was this strange situation a few weeks back where Tom W decided to pick up the phone and call John Blamire and ask him if they were going to do a placing which, naturally, Blamire denied. Curious. So the SP rallied on the back of that... ahem.... 'news' *coughs* The SP is clearly signalling a placing. That's why there's no interest. I simply do not believe their revenue has suddenly jumped on the back of a few insignificant contracts in the past few months. I think you may even find some of those contracts are not yet live or haven't generated revenue as yet. JB was promising just a few months back they were going to be profitable by not having broken even by end 2015. Need I say anymore?

For some kind of context the last time the gold price was at this level circa $1275 was mid Jan 2015 and the Shanta SP at that time was 11p. And that was a depressed SP. This has some catching up to do.

When his ministers start pointing out the huge recent rise in Gold and how this could make the re-opening of the Kolar (BGML) mine more feasible, more economic as a project. India needs to become a gold producer of note. They have the resources.

You spoke too soon. $25 bounceback after the initial dip to reach a new high. I think some people are going to take some convincing that we are in a new gold bull market. But we are.

Yep and I think one thing that is telling is that no one is selling and hasn't been for some time. Holders are sitting tight waiting. We know what's coming, just patience required. I am fully loaded here but for anyone knew this could be a fantastic opportunity to get in before Jonnagiri is upgraded and confirmed as a substantial gold resource. And with gold prices on the up, at some point, this will get lifted up with them.

Some very good posts here in support of a more bullish case going forward. Adastra - please accept my apologies for being rather hasty in my judgement of your position here. I look at the MC, now £17m and, tbh, it still doesn't look cheap in relation to known revenues (which are v small). The company still has potential but I think confidence has been badly dented and this will take sometime to repair.

With the gold price strong and rising we can relax a bit more here. Let the Chinese take their time. If Gold continues to rise time will no longer be on their side and the NPV's in the DFS will have to be substantially upgraded with new gold prices! Which means they pay more and we are in a stronger position all round.

Gold price storming up. Now @ $1274. Bid has just been raised here and would expect this to start to rise again in response to very strong gold price.

Gold has stormed through all resistance levels. $1300 today? (if NFP suits)

Some very encouraging early buying and the Ask is at last creeping back up again. Gold price also moving up again.

Don't bet on it. They've been saying this for many months. Just a sop to shareholders IMO

I do have a decent stake so I am pushing this but worth repeating… Kolar is fundamentally undervalued. The company has ZERO debt. They have about £750k cash but cash burn is now v low so they should have enough to get them through to end 2016/beginning 2017. It is true they WILL have to fund raise at some point for sure BUT the real value is in the GMSI stake which is worth about 2.8p on its own and before the upgraded resource comes through from Jonnagiri. So my current pre-drilling results valuation for KGLD is 3.5p. Its little more than a quarter of book value. Anyone care to disagree? You only need to check the BS.
