It's looking like they're going to have to issue an RNS. But can they deny what has been widely reported in the Indian media that they are a key part of a new JV to restore the Kolar Mines? It looks like there's too much meat on the bones to me. I would expect them to at least confirm there are discussions viz a viz the new plan.

MM's dont know what to do with this. As Timeless has stated on a number of occasions they have very little stock and with no sellers this only needs a bit of demand which we've seen this morning and it becomes a one way ticket. But be warned, if you want to play here, don't get suckered into selling out too quickly.

Over 3.3m traded already today. Only 106m in issue and many of those tightly held. £8k buy way above ask.

Kolar has a tiny MC £1.3m at 1.225p. The company has zero debt. Perhaps even more importantly it is run prudently and conservatively in what has been a severe period in the sector. It has survived and will survive. It has done NO placings so can be trusted to place priority on shareholder value. Kolar has TWO big shots at company transformation which are both looking very promising now. I hold roughly 2% of this company and will not be selling a single share because I am confident that with patience I will multi bag here.

Can you take your squabbles elsewhere please. Let's keep this board reasonable and friendly.

Rising volume on isdx platform too today. News may be starting to spread but it seems it hasn't really got out yet. Market hasn't cottoned on yet. That's what I thought you meant. I think Daisan didn't understand your terminology. That said I appreciate Daisans posts which are reasoned and measured. You're right though there ain't a lot of spare stock here. We just need a bit of demand and this will fly. Ridiculous undervaluation against cash + hard assets (stake in GMSI) not to mention BGML which is in for free and could well come to life again as a project if the gold price continues to appreciate.

Quite sure You are correct. No 'shorting' going on here either now or in the past. Maybe Timeless means they are short on stock ie.have very little or no float available. I suspect that is the case. The stock is, after all, very illiquid and as I pointed out the other day no one is selling. Everyone is sitting tight waiting for, I believe, excellent resource results and upgrade from Jonnagiri. It should be remembered it was a fairly big drilling operation over several months and 15,800m - not a small amount.

Yep and hopefully it looks like BD have finished selling for now at least. IF they have then there is little obstacle to us progressing from here. Results should be announced by next Friday 18th latest. Not long to go.

Take your point about the govt contracts but I also recall KB cautioning against the lead time in negotiating and securing these contracts. We all know how slow the public sector can be. Re Principia you appear to be assuming all is proceeding on time and as planned. Hmmm. If that is the case why was there absolutely no update/mention of this venture in the Interim results last Nov? Perfect opportunity to update the market. Just no mention whatsoever since it was first mooted last March. AIM Rule no.1 :Long and short is If you have something good to tell the market you tell the market. AIM Rule no.2 : If you don't have anything good to tell the market just keep quiet and hope something good will happen.
