Soaring northwards once again.. More money printing…more negative interest rates = HIGHER gold price

Trying to tree shake now by dropping the bid right down on no sales. Shake out weak hands if they can. But note the Ask does not budge. Thus it can be recognised as a False drop UNTIL you see the Ask drop right down too.

SP is slipping a bit. Not sure why as this is below the Perseus Offer. Maybe just some UK investors deciding they don't want to participate as it'll be an overseas listing and exiting. Should reverse back up to around 14p (around the t/o offer) in next few weeks.

As Timeless has pointed out Mark Creasy is a major shareholder in AIM. Mark Creasy is a TOP TOP Aussie Geologist and you can be sure he has had some kind of involvement in the Jonnagiri drilling programme.

Vedanta Resources CEO has previously gone on record (some time ago) as saying they would be interested in acquiring the Kolar Gold Mines should the opportunity become available. Given that BGML ees + KGLD have first refusal that means they (Vedanta) would probably have to talk to them and come to some agreement. ;)

Thanks for posting the reply from Linda. For those who may not be so familiar with Charaat Linda is the finance officer and she has some skin in the game (1m shares I think) bought at a higher price. That is excellent news regarding the tunnel. In addition a substantial $150m reduction in capex would also be highly positive. As you say maybe they can squeeze out more and the figure quoted is conservative. Incidentally and slightly off topic I attended Zak Mirs Traders Cafe last night and whilst quaffing all the free wine on offer there was a talk with the boss of Legendary Investments. LEG is an investment co. and last Oct they purchased a stake in a gold exploration company in the Kyrygz republic. Being lazy I can't remember its name but a Kyrygz guy from this company was also there. I had short chat with him and it turns out he comes from near the Charaat site! I told him I was a Charaat shareholder and his eyebrows raised slightly. He wasn't able to tell me a great deal in the short time we had but he did say it was a 'lovely area' but a looong winter. He also confirmed he was aware they had a lot of gold at good grades (which we know anyway). I should've got his card but might be able to get further contact through the boss man.

Not ONE single placing here since the company was floated years ago. Run sensibly and conservatively keeping costs to a minimum. Keep in mind this company is worth a minimum of 4p and likely more once we receive what I expect to be a substantial JORC resource upgrade at Jonnagiri.

And bid rising once more. This wants to go up.

As Timeless has emphasised MM's have little or no stock. This is a consistent feature on this stock going back a long way, not just recently. Witness the small purchases both yesterday and this morning shunting the price northwards.

I can dummy sell for 1.388 way above quoted bid. Looking good.

There is a small element of political risk (due to issues with a completely separate case) but I believe Charaat do have a constructive relationship with the authorities I suppose further delays in progressing the project is another potential risk/downside Charaat will need to raise funds at some point in the next year All that said this is very cheap indeed in relation to hard assets in the ground. The DFS displayed a robust project. The capex was high but can be optimised considerably. AISC v low. Good grades etc I reckon this is worth 50p to take out Btw I would say pablo2 is the most informed poster on this board and I'm sure he'll correct any mistakes I've made.

That'll do but what was most pleasing today was the bounce off 1.2 then the intra day reversal. Always a bullish sign. Going to Zak's traders cafe tonight. Might ask him to have a look at the Kolar chart ....JFF.

No pullback. Close @ 5.875p. Haven't got a chance to check the chart so what's the significance? Does it mark a breakout?

On the BS last accounts 30.6.2015 - BEFORE the recent rise in Gold price: Net Tangible Asset Value per Share : 3.99p (thats 4p basically) Shareholders Funds : £4.24m Company Debt : ZERO This is basically valued at little more than a quarter of its BOOK VALUE. And that includes nothing for the BGML option! I obtained this information from Morningstar.

After a big up day yesterday. As I suggested yday afternoon 1.2p new support. Strong buying around that level. Will we get an intraday reversal? That'd be nice.
