He can ‘indicate’ all he likes in an interview but the fact we’ve heard nothing to the contrary does not mean it has happened! I would suggest that had it happened there was nothing to stop that information being included in todays RNS. Indeed it would be a notable milestone. Therefore I would conclude it hasn’t happened until confirmed otherwise.

Death has a fair point. Where are we with the commencement of drilling programme? It’s not clear to me. That said, it’s clearly a positive development today.

Without completely new management here this is simply uninvestable. I think there IS a business there with the right people in but Jag Gruel? Someone who is completely enmeshed with the CK cabal. No thanks.

Anybody selling now is surely selling for a loss. Possibly a big loss. It looks like distress selling and maybe some is just institutions trying to lighten their positions as this will not look good for their fund performance! This is now valued at little more than cash which means barely any value attributed for the remaining technologies inc of course exosomes. Seems a little extreme. So I think this is very oversold. Talk of any future funding is Very premature. If it is required it won’t be for at least another 12 months.

MC is now just £15m which, given the capex requirement of circa £25m for construction makes £40m which is not unreasonable for a project with this potential! Throw in the huge rise in the ilmenite price and it looks still more attractive. So yes there might have to be a stop gap funding of, say, £1-2m before significant news but I would hope for a slightly less discounted price than 5p! I’m sure existing significant holders would too.

I agree there will have to be a capital raise. But I suspect now is not the right time from the companies point of view. The SP is at an all time low and if the expected news flow materialises as expected in H1 then the time to do the raise will be following that (positive) news flow and a higher SP no?

Well I am a buyer. Prepared to drip feed in and average down if necessary. This will reach a tipping point.

AFAIK has absolutely no experience of running a company, running a business. He’s a salesman, and not it would seem, a very good one. But hey they’ve all got the lifestyle up there haven’t they? Vascular - I think you are correct. There is no central decision making in the NHS as regards to buying products. Each individual Trust will have its own CCG which will decide upon which products they purchase to provide the services they require. One particular product may come to dominate over time I suppose just in terms of its performance but I doubt any ‘One Solution’ approach will be taken. That said I don’t see that as a negative for FDBK. Even a relatively small percentage of the pie would be transformative for this company. And of course NHS endorsement of a product is a good selling point to other customers be they overseas or private etc.

Whilst researching the whole De Novo process I came across this document in the Federal Register which is the Daily Journal of the US Government. It’s a VERY long and detailed document (and good luck to anyone with the patience to read it in full!). But, in essence it concerns a NEW rule - a final rule - to efficiently deal with the De Novo Classification Process. Which is basically the process Parsortix is going through currently. For me one of the eye catching things is that although the document is dated in May 2021 the new rule is effective from 3rd January 2022. I am therefore wondering whether or not the implementation of this new rule has affected AGLS’ submission in any way in terms of the time length taken, the process itself, and whether Parsortix is subject to the old or the new rule? Either way, from what I am reading I am confident there is NO negative implications since the new rule is simply designed to make the process more efficient in terms of the classification of the device and a pathway to marketing authorisation for the product in question.

I am hoping that if there was any hold up due to the new final rule implementation now that it is effective the process can be finalised - swiftly!

Vascular - thanks yes Feedback do seem to be positioned very well for a slice of that rather large £250m pie. And reading the press release, which incidentally was released last November, at which point the SP briefly rose by up to 50% before slipping back, it clearly states:

“ The new technology will allow imaging specialists – the experts analysing a scan or x-ray and providing a diagnosis – to review high-res images remotely without needing to be in an imaging lab, 24 hours a day.”

Well the above certainly appears to refer to exactly what Bleeper does? So assuming I am correct the only question is who will get the contracts? Will it be Feedback or one of their competitors

Clivealive - I’m in agreement with your thoughts. This is certainly not dead in the water. Not by any means. And the overreaction by the market has presented the kind of opportunity that I wait for in the market. It’s really very simple - buy low - sell high. But I read so many posts where it’s clear that people have done precisely the opposite.

At least two significant opportunities are still very much in play for RENE - notably CTX-iPSC and Exosome. Both are potential ‘company makers’. The market is placing very little value in these technologies if you consider a MC £23m but they have cash/cash equiv of around £17m (may be a little less now with cash burn). Certainly I can so no need for funding this year at least and prob extending well into 2023.

So, I’ve been steadily building up a holding in the past few days since the announcement - average 41.8p

I have followed this stock long enough to remember when it WAS 5p and yes it could easily now go back to it.

I might even buy a few @ 5p. But then again with ‘Jag’ at the Wheel maybe not….

The point is this appointment does not and WILL NOT herald change. It’s more of the same. Gruel under Grewal if you like. Why do you think the SP hasn’t reacted? The market isn’t stupid.

So CK has finally fallen on his sword. But is this a missed opportunity for positive change? Yes IMHO. Jag Grewal is very much a part of Omegas failures. He’s very much a part of the Inner Circle of failing incumbents. This is replacing one clown with another. Grewal has been with ODX for eons and was their salesman. In theory that could make him a good choice because a CEO is there to sell his company to customers. But What has ‘Jag’managed to sell?

And definitely signposting a fundraise in the medium term.
