Last year the December TU (a relatively brief affair covering autumn and Black Friday) was Thursday December 3rd, just a few days after Black Friday. Equivalent day this year would be Thursday 2nd December (or they could go to the Friday) but I guess they could make it the week afterwards too. That's if they follow the pattern.
I can't find a notification that there was a warning about it; it just popped out by the looks of things.

The main TU for the period was Thu, 21 Jan 2021.
I can't see an early December TU at all in 2019. That period is on page 11. They clearly wanted to get the news out ASAP last year, hence December 3rd mini-TU. They may be content for us to wait till January if the news is more or less on-target nowadays.
At least it's true to say we are entering a relatively busy time for (potentially significant) news.

Looking at the trades today (if we see them all) we ought to be down but we're not. Maybe news is expected sooner than later?

Looking at the photos on the site now there are no more models / girls to be seen. The 'hotel girl' was in a few pics a year or two ago I think, which fits with what IR have told dontgiveup.

CC had a swipe in one of her tweets about a company gratuitously using a pic of a girl in a publication for no good reason, I seem to remember. Could be that one of her pet hates is using teenage girls to sell things.

And I notice reading glasses on the bedside table along with candles and Ginko lamps now. Wyn looks to be right about their target demographic these days.

Dontgive, the photo on the hotels' page is of the blond lady model and she is not the latest person they use. Could be a re-use of an old photo, or an older page.
I've just written to the 'Hotel Suppliers' link (I assume at UNIT 7A, CRANMERE COURT, MATFORD BUSINESS PARK, EXETER, DEVON, EX2 8PW / https://www.hotel-suppliers.com/supplier/eve-sleep-hotel-memory-foam-mattresses/ ) asking whether Eves are popular mattresses. I was honest and said I'm a shareholder and not a hotel. Let's see if they reply.

It's funny that they told us the CBD and new candles etc but never a mention of the mattresses for hotels! I think your spot of the hotels' mattresses was more important news. I guess it's a new sales' area rather than a new product. But then they told us about sales to outside the French border too.

Actually, scroll down on the Boots' list and they are quite pricey products.

Inch, I remember at Primary school (a long time ago!) playing bat and ball sports. Not being particularly the sporty type I wasn't confident of hitting the ball well. I used to tell myself 'I'm not going to hit this ball' as a technique to lower my own expectations in the hope I'd actually hit it quite well. Occasionally it seemed to work. I think you are doing the same with eve sp so good luck to you :) I can see you are really hoping for at least 7p and probably 10P!

Been to the Cotswolds for the day. Very nice day out, but rubbish phone signal and couldn't keep an eye on eve (or any other sp.. sng; avct..) Was actually quite difficult and obviously I am addicted!

With hotels I do think that all eve mattresses have removable and washable covers which could make them very suitable for hotels? Is the hotel department actually new? it seems to be, and I doubt eve would start to sell to hotels if its back was against the wall.

I guess we are (almost) bound to get news then after IR's email to Dontgiveup fairly shortly, regarding other new products and licensed CBD. Equally, we are (almost) bound to have a bit of a boost to the sp, even if only because people will think other people will boost it by buying. I wouldn't be surprised if we get news any day now if they have any hope of tapping into the Xmas market.

Selling to hotels now; that’s a great new string to the eve bow.

The waters have been muddied by the fact we were told the gifts at Boots went well, so we expected more – and we were told about CBD's 'arrival' in advance. So if they decided to row back on the CBD, where are the gifts.. which brings us back to they – gifts and / or CBD – could still possibly be on the agenda?
Maybe Xmas gifts just don't make that much cash (as wyn said) for the effort involved?
Could possibly be a good sign that they need the Boots' publicity less these days...

Dropping the kids at the swimming pool last Thursday and someone going to Dubai for half term was laughingly advised "don't take any cannabis oil" by another parent. Maybe CC doesn't want a customer arrested. Wouldn't be the best PR.

You have a point Dontgive. Equally, there's a share I'm in and it used to be the case that whenever there was – finally – any news in an RNS, the sp would fall!

Dontgive, yes, old stories do come up in searches. I think people pin them (or whatever) and then they look to be just a few days old.

You were talking about cash in the bank earlier. It could be (and we won't know till later) that she increases marketing spend this autumn which could have an impact both on the revenue and the bank balance. November should be a busy month and she may want a bigger slice of the sales.

I'm in no way celebrating as we want to get on with life as much as the next family but these covid figures show that the bricks and mortar bed and mattress people still have quite a challenge ahead of them. If eve do well over this winter it wouldn't be a surprise to me.

It would not take much to get 'the sleep away mattress' into these glamping campsites. Much more comfortable than an air bed I'd imagine. A neighbour worked on some Yurts in southern England this summer for a holiday company and they were all booked up by stay-cationers. A Yurt could do with a 'sleep away mattress' too, to make the stay a real pleasure IMO.

(Wyn, if you're there, I once wrote that I perceived HE1 to be more risky than eve which I would say turned out to be correct – so far. I see SNG as much safer than HE1 and maybe at least as safe as eve. Would you disagree? Sorry to others for inviting off-topic, but weekend so maybe less annoying.)

I haven't sold any, even when they reached 246p last time (had an idea to sell at 250, obviously like a lot of people..) and fine now but could've gone badly wrong. Average inside my ISA is 50p, but more outside having bought at 165p this week.
Not wanting to be greedy I've been pondering selling a few. But with news on phase 3 Sprinter not expected till early 2022, I can't see a particular rush at the moment. Am I missing anything? And with RM saying they need 'a fire to put out' the hospital results should be 'ok' at very least.
Be annoying to finally sell the one time that greed was the right thing to do.
