No disruption caused during the last strike, and I would be very surprised if there was any this time around or the next time - surely the whole point of a strike is to make said company suffer until you get what you want - emphasising that BT can be run without the people on strike is bad news for BT workers - Dave Ward is leading his men like Scargill did back in the day and being paid handsomely to do so - ffs people wake up

Decided to cash in on Ocado today - sold my holding for a reasonable profit - still love the company and will look to buy in again should it drop to a silly price

What seems to have happened is that the market is fretting about the US interest rate rise putting pressure on the BOE to raise interest rates more to stabilise sterling - that has had a knock on effect with virtually all my shares down heavily today with risk off across the board, I think also there has been an over concentration on the NEX American bus situation re inflation which is still not under control in the states - I will hold here for as long as it takes or until the company is taken over which has to be on the cards at this price

Digital viewing up massively - I think the ITVX proposition could be a big plus for ITV - launching it at the same time as the World Cup is a master stroke and will pull in plenty as ITV Hub already has - the fact that it is free with advertising included is a no brainer in these times of cost cutting - I expect a rerating here above 80p pdq

Decided to sell all my holding here this morning - bought in at a 272p average so around 6pct profit - I don't usually trade but with the share going ex tomorrow and the fed decision I am going to take the profit and look to buy back in over the next few days

New guy nothing to do with the fall - all down to macro economics and what happens across the water tomorrow - risk off across the board today in preperation, - the trend for RR is up and the trend is your friend - if this falls more tomorrow I will add, simple as that - if you are investing as I am it is a marathon not a sprint -

Shorts reduced to 0.53pct with only Kintbury Capital now holding - that is telling, very telling - the funds that have capitulated are now long - that is a buy signal if ever I saw one

I did a quick review of the leftover stock to sell with regards to the current Marks sale - it looks like they have managed it very well with lower surplus stock left than in previous years - therefore more items sold at full price - a good sign going forward -
