"Looking below on this slide, the four buckets of driving that transition and the first one is portfolio development, so we will relaunch the RUO portfolio, we are going to enhance the channel for that and revitalise the distributor network. We are going to also leverage the Covid portfolio globally, but we are going to develop the non-covid clinical IVD portfolio and integrate our instrumentation into those workflows, - as I said earlier, these portfolio’s talk to each other, they are not separate, they work well as one. We are continuing to enhance our geographic reach and expansion we have direct presence in a number of markets now, we have a UK team, Germany, EMEA experienced leadership and also Southern Europe.
Partly through distributors but also through direct initial presence, and beyond that some of the other parts of the world where we are managing through third parties or directly some of our business. And then lastly on this slide which I will go into later, is business development. We are very passionately pursuing three areas from innovations, to accelerate the molecular portfolio, through to strategic transactions.

looking at his chart it would seem GI and transplatation are key areas of interest.
i think a prsentation that made it clear that they were focussed on those two areas - and that they have product Y or are x months away from launching product Y which will do xyz. the market for this is currently worth £b millions. SH can then decide if they think there is value in that direction
At the moment it seems as if they are waiting for next pandemic or undecided due to What the next lab technician they speak to says would make their life easier.
