"CK mentioned they are discussing terms with several companies."
there was reference that the gov have introduced odx to certain manufacturers. in which case have not suitable tests been decided or at least partially decided?
If colin "cant sell a test in a pandemic" is indeed still in talks - which seem to be taking an eternity then he needs to get a move on before someone else takes that £374m. the pandemic will be over at the speed ODX are going. Their non covid catalogue is not going to justify current mcap. surely the conversation is basically how much? how many?
dsaf- being a "bedwetter" maybe down to the size of position and or need of the money. i suspect many of those who bandy that slur about are probably playing with kebab money
I am down £50k sine the £1 SP. I put the blame fully on Colin "cant sell a test in a pandemic " and the "wide boy" PR machine that is Walbrook. non negative RNS/TESLA tweets destroyed sentiment and the SP for no reason.
uppers - presumably the extra staff were taken on in anticipation of the gov contract - remember it seemed things were to be started in April. I dont blame odx for the gov's pfaffing around. however they should have not just relied on that contract. they should have been out selling the product - eg the big launch? that was 3 months ago
colin "cant sell a test in a pandemic" needs to get it together or go.
"The trolls are paid to cause us pi’s unease. The mms reinforce the unease by continually lowering the share price. "
yeah sure could be a giant conspiracy theory or just pony management/pr and people dumping the share (following the director's example)
maybe it is just that odx have decimated both the SP and sentiment when the contract was announced? they then have had months with nothing being manufactured for the gov - not their fault - however not killing SP would have afforded some security in SP.
a lot of people have lost a lot of money due to colin "couldnt sell a test in a pandemic" and probably sold out to cut the losses
"They are NOT sat on their ass doing nothing taking staff on for no reason or work!!!"
really? well they were taken on for the gov contract? since we don't seem to have much else? and since we are not producing a test yet for the gov - i suspect they are sitting on their posterior eating biscuits and pulling the blinds down
why would wallbrooke quit? they are getting paid well to do nothing other than a few really pony tweets......nice easy money and there can't be many clambering for their services judging on past performance
"Or perhaps Colin thinks that this region is where the Institutional Investors will again be interested, so is happy for it to be at these levels at present.”
quite honestly i don't think that colin "can't sell a test in a pandemic"thinks about things very much. you gain II by share performance. The govt contract should have been a catalyst to rerate- but he destroyed value and more dangerously sentiment.
could he have done a worse job? personally i think it is a shame he was not the one to step down. this is ODX big chance and quite honestly he seems to be intent on squandering it - as long as the directors did alright that seems the only concern
FFB - i do agree with you - why i still stick with the share. i just wished calamity and wideboy wallybrook hadnt scuppered the SP...we could have been sitting a lot more comfortably if they had shown a modicum of sense and understanding of the AIM market
FFB - I agree. I think Colin has had enough chances. He clearly does not understand AIM market - fine if he was delivering the goods - so to speak. however he isn't - big launch and all. he has alienated PI when he needs their support and patience
these ongoing talks - are a smokescreen. either both parties want to get the tests out or not
