to be fair - the usa is a difficult market to crack...there are some major bodies against the type of test that odx are hawking..add in a really rubbish sales / management team and i agree with

they may delay the inevitable if a couple of things go in their favour (royalties / dispute) but without being able to make a profit..the future is not looking great.

my suspicion is that consolidation may well raise its head again...and this time it will probably be a fait accompli - as they have no other choice but go bust

I think odx has always been a tin pot company.

They woke up one morn with a wining lottery ticket and COVID. The bod did very well out of it as did the savvy speculators.

Unfortunately others of us paid the price .. and for some of us it was a heavy price. I thought a gov contract meant that a) odx were a legit outfit and b) they would get paid for tests

Colin was a oaf..but I think a decent bloke.remember he was the one who didn't sell. Though maybe he couldn't work out how to switch his PC on to get emails ?

The rest are pretty slimy characters in my opinion.

The fco was good and did what he was employed to do but unfortunately his agenda was not aligned with SH interest

rember the last time they got voted down on something - they just did it by stealth a couple of months later. wonder if it will be the same.

Well is it just me ? - it is the AGM tomorrow - but there is not the least interest in discussing it or even acknowledging it on here by the Share holders that regularly post on here ?(MIP / 5-0 / DJ Raspberry...etc)

Q ..I would not bet against this consolidation ever happening.

Company is not self funding ..it never seems to makes a profit.

So they will more than likely need a future placing..which will only happen with a consolidation

If they lose the gov dispute ( probably in my opinion) then the need for financing will come sooner rather than later

True dsaf..SH are a pain in the Harris for him.

They have shown nothing but contempt for the actual owners of the company

Eg Tesla drunk curry night tweet / selling off shares at top whilst claiming busy busy busy ( and apparently they weren't ) / we don't need placing / there is a placing / sh vote against it but we are still going ahead etc etc

My immediate reaction is that it was a good thing that SH fought back and avoided this hidden on page x bombshell.

However if Odx do have to pay back the full amount to the gov of £2.5m it will leave them with an estimated £1.3 m at year end if the company is correct in current loss making forecast.

They are very close to being back on fumes..

If they can't place..and any SP under 4 p means that is the case . Then how can they survive ?

Have SH loaded the gun with a couple of extra bullets in the aim game of Russian roulette ?
