Boom...everything depends on dispute. Odd may say they are confident..they have to as no point letting the other side know otherwise. Plus odd have been confident of a lot of things eh selling a test in a pandemic or snake oil in USA.

The truth is if they were confident then they would not have tried to sneak a consolidation through to allow future placings. One has to learn to read between the lines.

If they lose dispute they got one year..but I suspect consolidation will then happen . They don't want to give up the gravy train..
