when i first joined this board and was uber positive - i got a shed load of likes and nobody disbelieved that i held.

when i became more critical and scathing (mr salads 100 day walkaround was up and nothing to show) - then the accusations of not holding / ulterior motives / paid by boiler rooms etc etc were cast about me by some on here. clearly anyone with a bit of common sense could see i was a very frustrated holder.

but this MO is too often used to discredit the poster and thus his message

personally i have no reason to believe p100 is not invested if he says he is

but ultimately is doesnt matter - what does is if there is any validity to what he says.

the non covid sales are not increasing - and that really is as a result of their poor marketing as commented on by some on here.

Yes it would be great if ncyt could get some bonus cash from their COVID portfolio .

However by now they should have developed the non COVID side of the business. They have had long enough.

They gave themselves 6 months to evaluate ygen. Much more time than needed if they have done due diligence.

They should start 2024 with the plan ..at the very latest in my book

it is a good and fair point WB.and one not to be forgotten or ignored. risk v reward

knowing the way the market works there will be some turmoil approaching the court date (if it goes that far)..which will be good for trading. if the price went up in anticipation of a good result ..then that might be a safer exit.

tbh my money is on a game of chicken til much nearer the court date..and then a deal.

70% of commercial litigation cases don't make it to court.

what the company have to do before any resolution to the dispute is come up with a coherent forward plan.

Wb..to be honest I don't know..as I have had some shares for ages..traded some where I took the profits as shares etc.

Got different pots in different accounts..so it would take some working out.

I never look that if I have an average that I have to get back to there to get out.

People who do that are assuming it will go back up there or else get tempted to throw good money after bad to average down..when it could have been better put elsewhere

I tend to look at does the share have a future with a probability to go up.

I still think we have a good chance with dispute..so there is the potential to increase from here.

Harchris ..difficult to put a sp on exit as it will depend on the " success" of the outcome.

Scenario a ..ncyt and gov settle dispute in no man's land. Both withdrawing claims. Gov don't pay any more but also ncyt cash is safe. This would give a boost to SP and bring market cap in line with current cash and assets ( fingers crossed).

Totally win for ncyt ..they reclaim all monies owed and so an extra £80m or whatever it is

It is a closed period as that is the law before results being released..1 months I think

CaptainSwag , not sure director buys will make much difference in SP. Look at JW buying @ £1.20 range , JM & salad man buying around £2.10 range .

Wb..director buys usually give a boost to sp..salad mans certainly did..I remember . It was the time of bio buying

Directors buying shows confidence that they believe sp will go up..

tbh odx was a more catchy name and they have thrown away any intangible asset value associated with the previous years of trading.

it was surely as part of the share consolidation process...but since SH got wind of the negative aspects of it - they should have abandoned the name change too
