i have been asked this before on here and in all honesty i don't know. i have numerous share accounts (sipps / isas / ordinary trading accounts) and have bought several tranches in different accounts and also traded with the profits being kept as shares....etc..i am down quite a bit.

i don't really go by averages - you can end up sinking more good cash after bad....and stay in longer than you should. i prefer to look at the prospects when i review my portfolio. as of today i still feel they will win gov dispute which could easily see £2.30+ (back of *** packet calculation)...i don't rate the company and will be out on resolution of the dispute regardless of the decision either with a lot of my money back or having lost the lot or anything in between if a deal is made.

unfortunately that is true of a lot of AIM companies....

their lack of engagement - is the only successful thing they have done - in terms of getting no share holders to turn up

lets face it they want to meander a long with no real accountability..i bet on seeing wilson ...they thought oops ..someone might really challenge us here..bet they were glad to get out unscathed and fwiw Wilson was a lot more polite than i would have been.

they are poor management that are getting away with it cos the company can hide in france

unfortunately their answers showed the company for what it is

1) website - sheer laziness. Sorry. you update it and then update it again if necessary. WTF are they doing with their time paid for by us?

2) £100m a year - Was that not given as jam tomorrow after the decline in covid had started? in which case it shows how little they have done. Clearly it is never going to happen

3) updates..OK if you dont want to RNS - and lets be honest that is the AIM game ..without you are killing PI interest. then update via other means. go onto media channels that promote shares with interviews and presentations

the answer was very telling..nothing worth RNS is going on...

I am sure if LR were in charge - he would at least know how to play the game. these jokers can't run a business or even play the "lifestyle" game..

is there any case for future AGMs in France? We know it would have been much better attended in UK. So if the company really want to interact with SH - and that is a big question in itself- I can't see a case

P100 . The cash has transformed the co...debt free and a nice wedge in war chest.

The market does not know how to value share and is caught betwixt and between ... Can't give full value of cash as does not know if had to pay any back and if so - how much...if the company gave helped it by giving an inkling of good news or forward strategy ..it would help.

What has not happened is the company transforming into a bigger (100m ) company.

It is still being run as a small business just ambling along.the takeover of ygen was a good sign to the market and it responded..unfortunately the company has not capitalised on the momentum..the market is now saying " so what?"

can't see NCYT capitulating now - as many on here i see them having a strong case.

the amount is so huge that they might as well go to court as paying the whole lot back .

would they settle for a deal? yes if it meant they kept their current cash...lets face it has transformed the company.

70% of commercial litigation cases get resolved before court.so that gives you an idea of the probability

Harchris - of course ncyt have more to lose. but that does not mean either side can afford to lose.

Harchris - if what you are saying is correct then the gov can take ncyt to court no problem and there will be no settlement beforehand.

personally i still think it will be settled beforehand..both sides can then claim a win.

still not sure the gov will want to be seen losing - so we will just have to agree to disagree on that one

however i think going forward there will be more scrutiny on what happened in Covid - lessons to be learnt etc...to not pay up for product revived and then waste money on a court case that they lose. if they did get more bad publicity towards election time?

my bet would be a settlement nearer court date. i still think it is a game of chicken that neither side can afford to lose

they should have bought some before AGM - give the sp a boost and then maybe they would get more votes.

They have one type of product..and a contentious one

The company is pretty much worthless ..only really valued at cash..and that is dwindling due to making losses year after year.

Aim is a cess put of lifestyle companies....less and less want to buy "golden tickets"

Don't forget if they lose dispute with gov...they will be back to cash fumes soon enough

harchris - but it isn't 5 weeks is it?

they decided to buy ygen and presumably did a fair bit of due diligence. they surely must have had a plan in mind to spend that cash? in which case they have had months already

the trouble is that with NCYT - 6 months appraisal sounds a bit likes salad man's 100 day walkabout - where we got nothing. just word salad and marketing glossary

i am sure LR had/has some plans for the ygen portfolio if he had had the cash....

it is a very good point for those waiting to get in....any kind of non dilutive funding and they will miss out on the big spike.

but for balance any dilution at under 20p and will be impossible to get out
