yes i referred to potential dilution of warrants - as it it became clear it was more and more unlikely - i stopped.

April 3rd - sp was 3.1p...and trading update due in a few weeks

april 17

there was a trading update - not a good one

sp was 2,5p

most of may price was stuck at 2.5p

can you see why at that stage the warrants were getting less important - as it was clear from trading update that SP was not going to get above 3p

Fakey - why don't you tell the newbies what the profit prediction is for 24/25

give them some facts - so they can decide if the SP will indeed significantly increase.

dont just vaguely say it will be - give the exact number predicted

then we can see who is lying

at 3.45p and a year to go the warrants of course were a serious worry...it could have potentially gone above 4p - even if briefly- making purchase of the warrants feasible

since april / may the price has generally been 2.5p or less with clearly no sign of getting above 3p let alone 4p. and so it has not been an issue.

unfortunately going by that presentation - it really isnt - yet.

they got the portfolio additions - they got the man who was pursuing the dream (ok - i accept he bankrupt the old company in the process )...personally i think they need to change management and become a different beast.

i dont trust their ability to choose a better ceo ...so i still think LR is our best hope,,,,and yes then it would be a different company

HC - not sure why you have addressed me? you have just repeated what i have said a number of times. Probability is that NCYT sp will get a boost in relation to dispute. We don't know when - although if i had to guess would say right to the wire...so yeah you just have to hang on.

funnily enough i was tempted to buy more at 40p - like you did - as it seemed logical to bounce back...thing is i havetoo much exposure as it is - should the unthinkable happen

plus things do change with the company....so then my opinions change. it is a fluid situation. although some on here seem fixated with trying to persist with this share even though it keeps losing them money!!

eg they were given a limited overdraft for only a couple of months - it was clear it was probably not going to be renewed again...we all discussed it. it was then withdrawn as some of us predicted..then they got cash for cd4 and didnt need one.

so it wasnt we predicted wrong ...we got it right...but luckily the company did not need...

Fakey - most of my "gazillion" posts were about the placing shares to be dumped over 4p IF we ever get there ...not the warrants which for months everyone knew would expire - as SP was never going to anywhere near 4p before 9th nov.

my predictions are all their in my history..i know one person on here has waded through them all - no doubt printed and stuck on their bedroom wall. believe me if they had the slightest proof of me getting things wrong - they would copy n paste..

GL - the price was pretty stable at 70p..the markets then went bad coupled with i suspect people expecting the usual drop on presentation and selling up before. As it starts dropping i suspect others joined the exodus knowing it was going down. really poor presentation compounded the downward trajectory

if you sold at 70p and bought back at 40-50p ..you are laughing.

I would expect it to start on its way back to 70p....prob get there in time for january update!..ffs

We have known the warrants are due to expire - for ages.

the sp was never going to get anywhere near 4p - so they have pretty much been written off for months and months.

unlikely to be a fan fare and firework celebration

I would suggest if you are a trader - and have gained any profit from being in under 2p...don't wait for results. i predict the SP will go down once these are released.

i have been pretty much right on most of my predictions - if you look back on my posting history . Don't believe the habitual liar on here who knows I won't respond to any of their posts - so just makes stuff up as they know I won't engage to challenge. if in doubt - the posts are all there.

another strategy - might be to follow the new fakey..

like him buy ultra low and then follow his ramp - getting out for a quick trade before SP goes south again.

i agree that whether or not the warrants expiring is good or bad will be seen with time. yes dilution has been avoided for now but if they need to raise cash in the future it will be a lot more painful....even some of the cheerleaders eventually recognised how destructive a consolidation is.

i suspect the cheerleaders don't actually believe half of what they say - they are just trying to get out and therfore need to lure in newbies to buy the shares so the SP rises and they can get out ...salvaging some of their losses

so i agree with fakey that it is a very dishonest board. as always if you want to see who is yo no good - follow the money..who stands to gain?

5-0 the "bashers" have not got hysterical they just don't like to see newbies being conned by pump and dump or LTH ramping as desperate to get out of a very bad stock

yes they have cash but it is being burnt cos company cant make a profit - that is why they tried to sneak a consolidation through as they cannot place under nominal value of 4p.

they know if they lose gov dispute they are in real trouble...

direct me specifically where the company said what you claimed they did about being taken over.

it is only vulnerable if another party are interested. Quite frankly - nobody is.

they have a contentious product - their target market of usa has several medical bodies actually warning people not to use such tests.

they can't sell significant quantities here or any where else.

the management and sales team are poor - and that is an understatement

the company cannot be trusted - eg lying about placing and trying to sneak consolidation of shares through by hiding it in an appendix

that is why the SP has lost 97% of its value

add in the fact that they will possibly / probably have to pay the gov back £2.5m on a contract they did not understand

oh and i have had no problem getting a price to buy shares this morning

Erskey - you little tyke...firstly you know expiration of warrants will not give 10p ...company would need to drastically improve sales / turn a profit / win gov dispute / churn through a gazillion placing shares etc to get anywhere near that. at present quite impossible

you will be out of this somewhere between now and 4p. you know what is coming after 4p.

plus it will have been a nice little pump and dump and disappearing act - very much like the previous poster you remind us all of!..lol
