Cute tactic..drag up things from years ago that isn't even relevant anymore use mis truths to try to undermine believability in a poster.someone who just got somethings very very right.

For clarity I don't hold odx and if anyone says I would currently buy odx shares when I believe they will have to pay something back to the government and have another year ahead making losses ..then they are not very intelligent or lying .

So proved one allegation against me was false with no response back.

The dispute decision has not been released ..it has a good possibility of going against odx. Personally no one is going to convince me that this move was not in some way to allow a placing to happen should the worst result occur.

The overdraft was removed from odx by the bank. Because they were surviving on fumes before cd4 sale. Banks won't lend to those with no chance of paying back

Good luck to anyone who thinks the next trading update is going to be positive. The company have already alerted the market that this year will be loss making. There have been no rns with substantial new contracts.

Readers on here need to look at posting histories to see the accuracy and who is worth listening to

I questioned the possibility of a new share structure immediately after the release of accounts on 14th Aug....think it was the day after.

I had not read about it in the small print hidden away..like many I missed it.it was just me thinking aloud . I found the change in name bizarre after spending years to build the brand up. Was still puzzling and trying to read between odx lines

Q alerted us to it on 28th aug

Nobody posted anything else before Q ' s reveal from aj bell .if people did know..

There is no good reason to have known and not alerted the board..especially anyone who is on multiple times a day

I just think that in common with other seemingly life style aim companies - they just don't care.

Their priority is continuing the gravy train or filling the trough. If they need SH then they will do bare minimum otherwise they couldn't care less.

If they actually had to do g for their supper they might pull their finger out and actually sell something.

But until then the sun lounger is far too tempting

the issue is their honesty and responsibility to those who actually own the company - Share holders

if were a share holder - I would be looking for a way to get rid of the track suit king ..if you think he is ever going to pay his way then you need your head read

they tried to slip it through - but yesterdays announcement clearly caused the reaction.

maybe this board had some small impact - who knows

good flex by shareholders

thing is i don't think this has completely gone away...remember the vote against placing and how they just rolled it through at the earliest opportunity.

OK this morning I turned a profit of £4.5k on a trade of £26k

The market is tricky but there are other opportunities out there.

Ask yourself is this share really going to recover?

Mip - unfortunately some of us on here have tried to warn investors of the risk with this share and been continuously abused / hounded / threatened etc etc

I don't want anyone to lose money or the company go bust - i am sure there are lots of staff at odx just trying to do their job. however with some on here losing money - i won't lose sleep

Prime - i think that's what some of us have been harking on about for some time. Are you really likely to recover losses back? or is there going to be further drops?

LIB - sorry about your loss. There are quite a few of us that lost heavily with this share. Part of the reason I went heavy with ODX is that I thought they must be legit to do business with the gov...OK i can be very stupid at times!

the number of shares has never been an issue before. if someone wants odx the number of shares won't matter - it is about percentages

the only good news is for the bod - they have secured the possibility of future placings and therfore the gravy train. they can raise again at anything above 10p (4x current sp) whilst diluting by x61. think about it

could give massive discounts - which they will need to get one under way considering the last disastrous one

actually thinking about it - they could get the bucket shop flippers out of jail but doing one at a huge discount for them? giving them a chance to recover their losses from the last one?

OK with ODX you have to read between the lines.

in my opinion there is a serious possibility that they know a final decision will be made by gov regarding dispute fairly soon.

i have said all along that since mediation failed the next step could well be gov taking odx to court. something that odx cannot afford. firstly i would question the merit of their case having read the contract. secondly they cannot afford to lose and pay costs. if they can negotiate a good deal eg half what is owed that would be a good result. failing that it is pay back the lot

so should we be expecting news on the dispute soon and will it be bad?
